deonast: I hope they didn't do the motion capture in the same studio the developers work out of. Otherwise it is wticher 3 delayed due to 16 hours of distractions. Developers said it was hard to work in that environment.
Well Witcher 3 was been delayed twice, should be the devs having too much fun and don't want to stop working on the game
The OP has to be a troll account. GOG have a filter that stops people who take Fox News seriously from signing up.

gunsynd: Anything uncensored cannot be sold in said Country, they would be breaking the Law..
They canno't sell uncensored games to Australia,if Australia has deemed that Law..
GOG aren't based in Australia. The only reason they have to obey Australian laws is to remain on favourable terms with their government. There's nothing stopping them from selling uncensored versions in Australia other than it might bite them in the arse in the future should, for instance, CDPR want to start a dev studio there.

Well Gog has already stated that they can only sell censored games to Australia,Gog will not sell uncensored games to us...

In theory the Abbot government could persuade goggle , bing & the like to remove GOG from searches,
although their only interest in the internet seems to be in looking after Rupert Murdocks financial interest.
But there is no reason to assume that just because two of the many sex scenes in Witcher 2 where removed, that anything in Witcher 3 will be censored. It's not like we're not allowed to have sex in our games.
I think we should only worry about the sky falling when we're knee deep in clouds.
Only if you overdose on that potion that enhanced your reflexes, making everything go slow. Or maybe that will be Geralt's excuse. "Wooh, it felt like 16 hours of sex, didn't it, babe?"
I'm more interested in the fact that they mo-cap the sex scenes. Now there is a fun job. :-p Also if OP actually read the article he'd found out that motion-capturing the sex scenes took 16 work hours, not that the game actually will containt 16 hours of sex scenes. ;-p

Which is more down to good business sense than legal prerogatives. For instance, I doubt they'd give a shit if Saudi Arabia said that it was illegal to sell games with playable female characters in them.

Our (UK) government can't convince Twitter to remove known terrorist accounts so I don't see how an Aussie government's petty butthurt is going to be any more persuasive.

That said, I agree that there's no point in worrying about it right now.

Do you think? How many people named "James" in the world do you think are so overly concerned with objectification of women and rape culture...

I think it would be more if the box copy distributors Nambco Bandai sensor the game for Australian markets they will use their legal muscle to ensure GOG does the same (same as they do with pricing) to ensure there is even competition. As CDProject Red like many developers still rely heavily on boxed copy sales, they comply.
It's probably 16 hours of slow-motion bouncy bouncy extravaganza. ;)

Hopefully, they hired Zlata the motion capture goddess.

What an unfortunate time for a typo... I LoL'ed.
Rape culture?? Yah sure it must be the patriarchy pushing it. Grow up. The sex scenes in TW series aren't put in there for kids; and if you don't like 'em, don't play the game because it deals with other mature topics as well that kids can't handle. AND; at least the sex scenes in TW series aren't made to push a particular agenda like in Bioware games. CDPR is asserting how free from false policing it is. We respect their artistic vision and if you don't, just don't play it and stop crying over it.
Now The Witcher 3 is the best selling game on GOG, wonder why?
