No way. Can't comment on Foundation, but Timberborn was very presentable already on Day-1. It's a godsend they are still being worked on!

I prefer waiting until games are done™. Sure some of these EA games may be perfectly playable right now, but what matters to me is that they're feature and content complete with most issues ironed out. I'm not really in the market for playing games that may get overhauled several times over until they receive their full release.

Case in point, whenever these games go on sale it gives me an incentive to check how far along they are in their dev-cycle, and Timberborn just received a good-sized update that changed a number of things. Having to readjust to such changes is just not my cup of tea. I have more than enough other games to play until these reach their finish line, but I wished they'd stop teasing these anyway. ;)

Any reason why DLCs for "Stronghold Crusader 2" isn't on discount?

"Stronghold Legends" will it coming to GOG please? Developed by Firefly Studios and published by 2K like the rest of the "Stronghold" series. Legends came out in 2004 a year before 2005 release of "Stronghold Crusader 2".

About Gameplay (source Wikipedia) -
Unlike the previous Stronghold titles, Legends gives the player a choice of different starting rulers with different troop types (including King Arthur and his knights of the round table, Count Vlad Dracul, and Siegfried of Xanten). Other new features include cooperative multiplayer against computer-controlled opponents and the choice between different gameplay options for online play (Deathmatch, King of the Hill, Economic War, and Capture the Flag).

Each faction has new and unique unit groups. Most special units have their own unique ability, which must be recharged after they are used. Dragons are also available to every faction, but have a set lifetime. All other special units remain on the map until they die. In story mode the players not necessarily bound to their factions special units. For example, King Arthur can make use of the Ice Tower instead of the Round Table for more balanced game play.

Stronghold Legends has been made using a similar graphics engine as Stronghold 2 – the game appeared to be a minor rehash of the previous game on the first inspection. However, playing it revealed that the graphics were considerably improved and new music tracks had been added. More units were available; features like crime were removed entirely, minor changes like this have altered the gameplay experience slightly. It was included in the Mastertronic range of games in the UK, showing its popularity.

Of the things on sale, Dorfromantik is my favorite. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone that is looking for a relaxing building game. You can run out of titles and not meet a goal thus bring the current session to an end, but everything about how this game does things is zero stress.
