Saul Myers is back in action and ready to take on the world to get his daughter back. Do you have what it takes to complete his mission?

Originally released in 2005, a cult-classic open-world FPS Boiling Point: Road to Hell is available on GOG in its full glory and with a -10% discount that lasts until November 21st, 1 PM UTC!

Moreover, if you’re an owner of any title from the following series: S.T.A.L.K.E.R., Far Cry, Saints Row, Metro, Fallout, The Elder Scrolls, you can enjoy an even higher -15% discount!

Create your own fate in a big, immense world that’s affected by every decision and action, drive trucks and tanks, pilot helicopters, planes, and boats, select an arsenal of upgradeable firepower, align with or oppose any faction, and have incredible amounts of fun!

And to make things even better, you can also enjoy a plethora of other great games published by Ziggurat Interactive with discounts up to -70% packed within their Publisher Sale!

Let’s take a closer look at all that gaming goodness!

In Boiling Point: Road to Hell, upon finding out his daughter has been kidnapped in the pseudo-South American country of Realia, Saul Myers, a veteran of the French Foreign Legion, must head to Realia on a rescue mission.

Saul must navigate through the Realian Valley; a region full of tropical jungles, farms, villages, and estates. Saul now has to manage to make his way through the landscape while navigating through dicey situations with corrupt politicians and criminal organizations to find his daughter’s whereabouts.

Manage your reputation. While there are no immediate enemies in the game, it is all in how you play. While the natural habitat of Realia can be dangerous, being home to snakes and large predators, there are six factions for Saul to try to satisfy.

While these relationships begin neutral, completing missions can raise or lower your reputation with the Realian government, guerrillas, the mafia, native tribes, bandit groups, and even the CIA. But be careful, creating allies can lead to unrest and enemies elsewhere.

Make sure to also join us during our Twitch Stream on November 15th, 11 PM UTC, with KaurTube jumping into the skin of Saul Myers.

When it comes to the Ziggurat Interactive Publisher Sale, until November 20th, 11 PM UTC, you have the perfect opportunity to enhance your library with titles like:

BloodRayne: Terminal Cut (-40%)
World Championship Boxing Manager Bundle (-30%)
American Hero (-50%)
A Boy and His Blob (-35%)
Terminal Velocity™: Boosted Edition (-13%)

…and of course many more great games. Find them all HERE.

A re-release of a cult-classic and a plethora of discounts from the one and only Ziggurat! This week has just started and it’s awesome already. Pick up Boiling Point: Road to Hell, grab other great titles and just have a great time. Enjoy!

looks like no change re: american hero. the butchered version is 50% off when it shouldn't even be sold anymore (or in the first place, it was a major dick move), the other only -18, but hey, buying the unnecessary one gets you 60% off the other one, so you can get 1 full game for the full price of 1 game. what a deal. good for me though, makes me not want to give them a single cent anymore, be it here or on steam.
and instabought
"Boiling Point" is not a cult-classic, it's a turd-classic. Me myself havnig been one of the unfortunate persons that bought the DVD version, believing all the promises that were made and printed on the package. :-P And never kept.

Instabought. Seems fine so far, although my AV tried to block the executable, and the volume settings started off all the way down. The manual is included in the game data directory. The only thing missing is that 'we're coming to the boiling point' song playing on endless loop while installing the game. :)
Really great that the game has finally been released here, but there's just one thing: I don't think the link when clicking on "interview" (can only be seen if the language has been set to English) should be leading where it's leading at the moment.

edit: the link has been fixed. :)

Bought, installed but didn't try it yet. Wonder what exactly was fixed and if the unofficial patch isn't needed?
Edit:
Tried it a little, didn't change resolution but the sound and some other graphic settings are on low people can change that in case they are wondering why it's quiet.
One problem i noticed when in the bar there is a syringe in the bathroom area i picked it up as it said with right mouse button but couldn't throw it away as it said with left mouse button, don't know if you even need to pick up objects like that ingame as i currently don't remember.
There are other objects i was capable of picking up and throwing them.

The condition to get the discount seems rather arbitrary, I don't really see what all these games have in common.
Never heard of this game before today, but looks really cool. Reminds me heavily of Deus Ex in some aspects. Particularly inventory management and the fact that there are side missions. Looks like it would pack a hell of a lot of charm though. Hopefully not as buggy as some people say. That can be a real downer for older titles.

Wishlisted it until I hear more and actually have the time to give it a proper look.

It's more like a combo of open-world Far Cry games and some STALKER thrown in, too - namely on the open-world FPS thing w/ missions and factions you can join; and Inventory management stuff.

Also, if you haven't seen Xenus 2: White Gold (that's currently over on Steam - hopefully that comes to GOG also at some point), well Xenus 2 is actually Boiling Point's sequel & Saul Myers returns in that. So yeah, that exists too.

So, yeah - Boiling Point RTH is also known as Xenus 1 outside of the USA.
KKND with the same 35% discount as always *yaaawn*

Thank you, thank you, thank you GOG. I have been hoping and waiting years for Boiling Point to be released on GOG. I have never been so grateful for the existence of GOG as I am now. I'm gonna buy a bunch of other games as well just to express my gratitude for Boiling Point.

Interestingly enough, studio responsible for Boiling Point was founded by former GSC employees and key developers behind Codename: Outbreak, who left after its release to form Deep Shadows. So, in a sense, both S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Boiling Point have the same predecessor and could be seen as different evolution paths of ideas originating in Codename: Outbreak.
