Now I am also stuck to playing Serious Sam (both Classic and HD) side by side, I don't know why. :) Just to see the differences I guess.

I think the most important thing in the HD version is that it supports also widescreen (properly) and up to 1920x1080. I wish the Classic would do that too. The Classic has also widescreen mode in the options, but at least for me that doesn't seem to work right. If I enable widescreen mode, I still don't seem to get proper widescreen resolutions in the options, and/or I get black borders on all sides.

So I guess I'll have to play the Classic in 1024x768 in 4:3. It still looks lovely that way.

99% of the time the HD version looks better (usually "somewhat better", but e.g. vegetation looks considerably better on HD), but there are odd things missing that are in the original. Like in the first level, the room with a pool, the Classic version has this very cool looking shimmer on the walls from the water. The HD version is lacking that for some reason, but on the other hand the water itself looks cooler on it, full reflection with small ripple.

Neverwinter Nights Campaign.

Dwarf Barbarian (chaotic good).
* also started a Dwarf Monk (lawful evil).

Speaking of alignments. :D

I'd actually argue that Daryl is chaotic good. An absolute maniac with his heart generally in the right place.
a decade and a half after being psychologically scarred by Resident Evil on the PSX when I was 8y.o. (the doors...the stairs...no loading animation has ever been scarier), I decided I should get over it and try Amnesia and Silent Hill. I've been making steady progress in Amnesia...over the last 7 months *cough*.
Silent hill is nice though, I like it very much (awesome soundtrack too!)

I don't think the photo is about Daryl, though it sure looks like it. :)

Hmm... Is there some music in Silent Hill, besides the oddly out-of-place sounding banjo theme music in the intro?

(I know it is not banjo, but close enough)
Dust: An Elysian Tail and Scrolls.
I've recently finished Heroes Chronicles marathon... I know it was probably a bit weird but... I played all of them simultaneously (except for the first one because I finished it earlier). The reason is I can get easily bored playing with same castle. So to get some diversity I played one or two mission from every chapter. It took me some time but I finished them more or less simultaneously as well...

Now I'm playing Cannon Fodder. Good old game...
Rayman Origins. Silly and great fun platformer. I love its artwork and especially its whimsical music. The most fun I've had with any game in some time. Grabbing all electoons provides a good challenge. Not too easy, but not frustratingly difficult either. ... Hopefully the upcoming Legends will see an eventual PC release as well.

Just finished The Walking Dead. Excellent game in my opinion.
Beat Rayman Origins last night. I'm not one of those who cares for 100%-ing a game, but I made sure to complete the bonus stage of 'The Land of the Livid Dead'. That last one was a bit frustrating as it really took some precision to not mess up. All said and done, it's a very fun game.

Since it put me on a platformer kind of mood (well, I did play PoP '08 before that), and GOG just released Pandemonium 2 it reminded me to give its prequel a go. Pandemonium turns out to be a great 2.5D platformer with a good bit of a challenge.
Currently replaying Advance Wars 2 (GBA). Going for a 300 point S rank in each battle.
