LootHunter: You mean something like this?

mad_men_only: Seems fitting.
It's a hentai game, what where you expecting? The whole point of hentai is that is for perverts, I mean it literally means "pervert or perversion".

LootHunter: Castration for rapists. Seems fitting.
That is how to fix this problem
just a little jab of chemicals, and they are fixed or at least won't be sexual predators hunting our kids anymore

and these underaged rape games should be observed who buys them and put them on the watch list

mad_men_only: Anyone that's offended by the term "rape culture" should ask themself why it is they're attracted to depictions of rape, because fiction contributes to culture every bit as much as nonfiction does. Claiming you know the difference between fiction and reality is a logical fallacy because fiction contributes to culture, which shapes and influences reality.
I think call a game part of the "rape culture" it's excessive, you sound like a journalist, that blame videogames for gun violence, it's just a videogame it's not real, the game don't make you rape nobody, and you won't became a rapist just for play it.
I mean, rape exist, that's a reality, and ignore it or being offended for the depiction in a game won't make it dissapear.

I disagree
do you have any evidence to your claims?

Killing zombies/demons is not equal to rape little girls, they even stimulate different brain parts probably.

Actually yes, rape and violence have existed long before videogames, TV or movies existed, even before books. Rape is not related with some entertainment product, if you can't distinguish between fiction and reality let me "you are all sick, and it's not the flu, fatty".
Another example "Lolita" is novel about a pedophile, I read it and is a really good novel, but I see it like what it is a novel. Maybe a pedophile will see it like something beyond fiction because that person is already sick, not related with the product, for the contrary, the book depicts the reality of a sick person, reality influence fiction in that case.

Saying fiction isn't real is like when a drug addict says they're in control and can stop whenever they want to. It's denial, and nothing more. Fiction is a large part of what constitutes culture, and culture impacts reality. No, videogame violence doesn't necessarily make anyone commit violent crimes, but over time it will desensitize you to what's going on around you, and leads to the normalization of degradation.

There is a big difference between desensitization and normalization, I have played violent games since I was a kid, and fantasy violence became more tolerable and don't shock me like it used to, yet real violence is another thing... man, working with the Estate Persecutor I have seen terrible shit, also is more tolerable with time, but never become something normal.
