Avogadro6: Keep in mind that's the *Deluxe* edition right there i.e. you're paying for the extras. The regular version is supposed to be 40$ I think?
What makes you think that the Standard Edition won't be regionally priced in the same greedy way?
IAmSinistar: Was being facetious about the increase offsetting savings elsewhere. It's pure greed under the excuse of "everyone does it now, so it's normal business practice".
And the publisher is to blame. In this case them being one and the same as the developers j
ust makes it uglier, as there is no "good guy" in the narrative. In some other cases of regional pricing the developers aren't behind it, but are pushed into it by the publishers.

And that's exactly why I pointed out that they're the same entity in this case - apparently B. Fargo has no issues with the business-side of publishers practices. I'm starting to feel ashamed that I backed this now, and am glad I didn't back
Torment: Tides of Numenera as they run that Kickstarter campaign, as did Obsidian,
Pillars of Eternity, too much like a pre-order exclusive process.
Pretty sure the releases of those will be equally ugly in terms of regional rip off.
