You are joining a mega-project to construct a Stargate to the Andromeda Galaxy.
Industry, production and automation take centre stage.

- Starting ship contains 'Ruined Equipment' which can be dismantled for Scrap Metal.

Effectively a long running tweak in the scalings file doubled all mine counts and some base game starting battlestation layouts previously were not updated to reflect that. So now instead we are undoing that scaling tweak and going through adjusting line grants and nudging more powerful lines down a bit. This is likely to impact saved games to some degree as maximum mine counts will be lower.

This week we have managed to add more texture to some of the more common encounters with bandits and kobolds. Those factions even have learned a few new tricks!

Gameplay Changes:

• Adds extra texture to the basic bandits encounters.
• Adds new encounter: refugees.
• Adds new item: scraps that can be used to restock repair kits.
• Improves the way a site might get plundered by a force.
• Certain NPCs can collect key items from a level, for ‘safekeeping’.

Our first patch is now live! Thank you for your patience and feedback over the last few weeks, as we've worked to resolve some post-launch bugs and issues.

Here's the patch notes for The Knight Witch v1.8:

Added:

• 16:10 aspect ratio support.
• Achievements checker at the start of the game.

Bug fixes

• Hooded Skull NPC fix where dialogue and pause menu could cause issues with each other.
• Quit to Desktop feature now working as intended.
• Fix on all bosses that prevents block if boss and player die at the same time (also fix on corrupted saves with this problem).
• Fixed so two Lalashi's can spawn after defeating the boss in the Giga Tree.
• Missing Shadow on Stump whilst hovering fixed.
