Like Judas said, it's related to pre-order exclusives (which I frankly would like to see less of). There is of course a way to handle it without ID change even for pre-order exclusives, but it seems implementing it is not a high priority for GOG.

At least I can warn people who had it on their wishlist to add it again (for those who are listed in the Directory of Public Wishlists -- nudge, nudge).

I'd also like to see fewer exclusives. If nothing else, having that sort of thing available post-release for an additional fee would mitigate the irritation without punishing people for not risking their money on an untested game.
