I was JUST talking about how I wished this was on GOG during E3, because Sea of Thieves reminded me that I would like a good pirate game.

This version fixes the Herman bug, right? Because I reinstalled from my discs a few years ago and got to the end and it just bugged and I couldn't finish the game. Herman was supposed to progress... Something, I forget, I think you had to hit him with a certain number of objects, but it never triggered.

Kind of a dud compared to the other Monkey Island games, or even compared to all the other LucasArts adventures, but still nice it's finally here.

Isn't it little weird that the classic such as this got released on Tuesday and not on "classic" Thursday? Makes you wonder if they prepared another surprise for this week.. :D

Interesting. I loved the first two Monkey Islands but I never played the ones that came afterwards. I must confess I have heard bad things about this game, but maybe I should have an open mind and just find out for myself. Nevertheless, it's always good that people have the option to buy a new game on GOG, especially if it's a classic.

Leroux: Kind of a dud compared to the other Monkey Island games, or even compared to all the other LucasArts adventures, but still nice it's finally here.
While not as good as the first three *imo* it's still worthwhile with fun to be had for fans. I have it on ps2...with my old strategy guide. Watched my gal play through it about a year ago.

There is a demo available for this game I would recommend downloading that and see how it works.

The problem is, the vast majority of the 24,627 voters for Full Throttle and the 18,299 voters for Day Of The Tentacle have had their wishes answered by the Double Fine remakes, which include the originals. Leaving up those entries is misleading. People have already created new wishlist entries that specifically ask for the originals, which is the appropriate way to handle this.
