The Maniac Mansion inside Day of the Tentacle Remastered is the enhanced EGA release for DOS, not the original (as it was in the original Day of the Tentacle)

@joequincy: It WOULD be nice if they include the Enhanced EGA release for DOS rather than the original one though.

(The original Day of the Tentacle CD-ROM release contains the original DOS release which looks like the Commodore 64 release, but they later made a higher-resolution V2 DOS release that looks like the Amiga and Atari ST versions.)

The great thing about Day Of The Tentacle was that you could play Maniac Mansion within the game.

But the original PC version of Maniac Mansion with the clean font, not the jacked up "Deluxe" fan remake. As nice as the sharper graphics were, having to look at that -- I dunno, were they going for "wacky"? -- font made my eyes bleed.
