Attacked on Titan.

FLASHBACK™ is now available for pre-order DRM-free, 10% off.

As resilient as its scientist protagonist, the legendary platformer FLASHBACK™ returns in its 25th anniversary with an additional Modern mode! It brings a post-FX graphic filter, remastered music and sound, tutorials, and a Rewind function which should make your attempt at escaping Titan slightly easier.

The game will be released on GOG.com on December 4th.
And if it's Flashback 25th anniversary, where are the goodies like artwook and soundtrack?

So does the game worth 9,99€ only for blur effect? It could be like Another World: 20th Anniversary Edition...

But no all are complains also I'm glad to see this game here.
Just read over at RPS that Gods is getting a remaster. Great looking game for its time but not much fun in my opinion.
Ah, Flashback. I was waiting for it. Is this a re-make? I'd rather get the original version, unless remake will be made for Linux too.

Looks like Anuman have zero games released for Linux though...

Oh, correction. There is one!

Thank you GOG - I have been waiting for a chance to play this again for a while. Played a demo version in Software Etc. back in the 1990s, didn't buy it and regreted not getting a copy ever since....
I'm amazed ! Thank you
Not opposed to this. The original Flashback had good sound design but marred by a sample quality that was extremely poor even for then.
It's fantastic to have one of the greats of the golden DOS era back.

And it's a floppy version as far as I can see; I always thought its animated sequences fitted the game more than that of CD-ROM release.
Good Release. You got me at White or Pink :)

Definitely a classic title and a favourite, now where is the original Prince of Persia...

Yes and imho after playing it for 5 minutes after i bought it , it turned out to be exactly what i expected , an awfull game, the way it turns and moves , (⊙﹏⊙) made me feel like feeding the fish (+_+)
worse then riding in a bus , or taxi .

Vainamoinen: God, I loved this game on my Amiga. Pretty sure my reaction time isn't as great as 25 years ago. ;)
My reaction time is close to nonexistent nowadays ●︿●

yes good old days of DOS also called MS Dog or dawg ,courtesy of Mickeysoft and its fabulous Windoze or Win blws a very good old windoze... people complained but if they knew back then that things would turn out for the worse with win 10 today ,they would not believe it and have us committed to the lunafarm :D

Anyway Google for microsoft 10 awful and set it to past month, this will show lots of funny things win 10 has f upped again , win 10 will be the most terrible windows, and will go into history as the worst ever windoze, because win 10 is the last version afterall :D
"Modern mode! It brings a post-FX graphic filter"

So, in other words, garbage-looking "poured acid in my eyes" bilinear filtering and 2xsai scaling. Which could be enabled in certain ports of DOSBox. Yeah, I'll stick with the original.

Glad its coming here, hope its a decent remaster.
Preorder the game from 1992. And I think I've seen everything regarding the sad state the gaming is.

Matewis: Just realized that Arnold Schwarzenegger in 'Last Action Hero' has the same outfit as the guy in Flashback. Weird.
The real irony in that statement is that you had a flashback.

gamesfreak64: If the original game is in it then the 8.99 is okay, i hope it wont be like DOTT where you have to start the new game and select / switchback to the old game , i hope they are seperated , cause i dont care for remakes or blurry ( simon the sorcerer) new versions cause the devs got a brand new toy to play with and want to show it to the entire world.( like mickeysoft did with its awful win 10 ( et phone home would have been a much better name for win 10)

I'm classic and old so i prefer old games.... no remakes if possible please cause usually they tend to be meh, or even garbage.

darthspudius: and yet Day of The Tentacle is an excellent example of a remake. Everything was very faithfully re-created etc.
Wonderboy 3: the Dragon's trap is ALSO an excellent example of a remake
(and all the base game is here... or rather all the base game's visuals, sounds FX and musics are here... there's always this strange change to the Charm stat mecanism)
