GhostwriterDoF: Howdy Crow! Good to see you, been reading about your legendary Sale Exploits... glad your finding time to play some of them. :)

GoG sales has introduced a few new genres of gameplay to my game playing menu too, that's for sure. As far as Tower Defense games go, Kingdom Rush is one of the most accessible, I think. Simple yet good action, and all the artwork and music come together nicely.

Infested Planet is just as accessible and charming as well, for those of us who are just getting into the TD games. And A.I. Wars is a bit more complex, but well worth getting, if you enjoy a more strategic freedom and sci-fi/space atmosphere. Lets not forget Pixel Junk Monsters too, which has an odd type gameplay, but it didn't draw me into the game as much as the top three mentioned above.

It's been a serious month for abusing the crap out of GOG sales, that's for sure. -laughs-

Figuring I'll be playing more things since almost all my bandwidth is devoted to downloading.
I'm either going to complete that or go insane, at which point I probably won't give a crap whether the stuff gets finished or not.

How've you been doing?

Additional - Shit, guess I'm back to having my normal bad timing. Have to go run errands. Back in a bit.

OK, the Big Download is nearly done and I've saved the bad boy until last: Witcher 2, and enough gigs to populate a small country. Its going to be a long and arduous journey and there may be danger along the way. But I've trained for this moment the last two weeks and I'm as ready as I'm going to get. So, wish me luck. I'm going in....

They don't even have to be in the same world / plotline. Similar game mechanics would be what I'm more interested in. Something like FTL but with a capital ship and a universe to explore, planets to exploit and races to interact with.

If not, no worries! And please don't go hunting on my account. It just came to me while I was sitting here LOL ;)

Good idea, Deadlock 1 is very enjoyable. Haven't tried the others.
