Personally,I can't decide either Origin or Pandemic.
I'm not too knowledgable about the companies EA has destroyed, but for me, one of the big ones would be Westwood Studios. They created games like the Command and Conquer series, Dune games and the Legend of Kyrandia games. They used to put so much effort into their games, but once EA got to them they slowly got worse and worse, like many developers who are taken over by a greedy publisher.

The first time I took a tablet of my current medication, I made a spaceship out of pens, aluminum foil, cotton balls, and glitter.

Definitely Westwood. I love Tiberian Sun, but I almost cry when I read about what they had planned before EA made them rush the game to come out earlier.

The depression seems to follow anxiety/panic attacks most of the time. It does for me because I get really down about my stupid brain and body not working right.
As long as I keep doing things and staying active the depression seems to not get very bad.
My therapist has helped me a lot in getting through that crap. Best to you.

That you ask that, while at the same time asking such a complex technical question about the cycles thing, makes me facepalm HARD.

You are aware that what goes through a VGA cable is an analog signal, aren't you?

Now try to imagine what that means for image quality on a LCD screen.

The short version is, a LCD can handle a digital image natively, since it's basically a dot matrix. Something a CRT was not. So yes, all digital cables are always worth it over VGA.
