The writting team is phenomenal and the characters prove it, this game reminded me why the wolf among us was that good. Even if the team are now away from Telltale, I don´t want to see the same ending that Minecraft Story Mode had

Digimon Story: Time Stranger

Having completed this game, I really want it to be accessible to others in as many ways as possible. It's the best Digimon experience I've ever had. It feels like a big jump up from both Cyber Sleuth games, building upon them. The world, while actually limited, feels full and has plenty of things happening to make it feel bigger than it is. Gameplay is pretty standard for a turn-based RPG though it benefited from some customization choices that make everything viable. And finally, there is the horrible, repetitive writing that makes you want to drop the game. Time Stranger took a lot of risks, especially in its story choices. But looking at it retrospectively, all those risks made the payoff so impactful and great. I had a great time with the game and would like others to be able to as well.

One of my favorite TPS with an amazing cover system, with gadgets to overcome deadlock, it was what a hero shooter was before hero shooters were a thing. But with enough tactical elements that gives it a military shooter feel with out too much of the hardcore aspect, this game should have never been shutdown with how popular it was but alas thats what happens when ubisoft moves forward.

I learned about this game due to the news about a group who CLAIM to care about children getting a Norwegian man arrested over playing this game. I've never played it before, but I will absolutely buy the game in order to stick it to them. If every time they do something like this the target of their hate explodes in popularity maybe they will learn to not do so. From what I can gather this game is about a person who rescues a child from slavery. That is to say, it forces the user to understand and empathize with victims of human trafficking. That is certainly the kind of game that people should play, but lets assume for a moment that the game includes more graphic representations of child abuse than I am aware. Well, in the context of the story that still isn't bad.

I don't usually write stories, but it is absolutely insane that one of the greatest games of all time should be delisted and locked behind a remaster. I hear the remaster is great, and I'm glad that Nightdive Studios made it, but not everyone wants to play a remaster that introduces non-trivial visual and design changes for their first-time playthrough. One of the greatest parts of PC gaming is the amount of options we're given, and forcing people to pay $30 for a game that used to be $10 is insane.

Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era

I have played the game HOMM3 since it was released in the late Nineties. Later I played HOMM5. Both games were great experience. I love such round based Strategy games. And from time to time I came back to HOMM3 over the last 25 years. Later I found the beautiful HOTA mod for HOMM3. And as always I was fascinated from the game and from the mod. Such a beautiful work, such a great experience! I really love it. And now it seems that HOMM3 get with Might and Magic: Olden Era a fresh new approach. And of course: this new HOMM should be available on GOG.

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight

I'd definitely want to buy this on GOG. I bought the first 3 original LEGO Batman games, still from the Wii and Wii U area, I even bought one or two of them again on GOG. Starting with the 2nd game, TT Games finally added a huge world and voice acting, and all of this in a late Wii game. The Wii gave it its all. Totally astonishing. Nowadays, where I only buy from GOG for ethical reasons, it would be great to have it.

Just played this game 4 hours straight with a buddy of mine (3 year duration). The presentation from start to finish is phenomenal. The monsters you can recruit each have their individual abilities and uses. The seasons on the game board change depending on the month. A lot of charming animations on the gameboard as well. But the core of the game involves the goal reaching a certain spot on the board and it can be punishing to the losers of that core mechanic. Regardless, the game has ALOT of charm and is very enjoyable to play. Hoping to see it come back to GOG after getting delisted from steam.

I had never stopped to think about how games can die until I saw what Blizzard did with Warcraft 3... A legend has been unceremoniously destroyed and replaced by a deformed, grotesque aberration. If there's one game that deserves to come back from the grave, it's this one.

this game rocks !! I had the CD then I went for studies abroad and years later my little brother "had that game CD" that he swear he purchased and I never got it back.. I played with multiplayer mods which were giving an extra layer of interest to the game, sort of Elite online before its time. I really wish this game can make it to GOG, but it needs DirectX and was a microsoft game so not sure they give up the licence..

Deus Ex: Human Revolution

Don't let Steam fool you; the "director's cut" of this game, the most accessible way to obtain it, is pretty terrible and is an overall worse port with multiple downgrades. I was thankful to get a copy in my steam library and i have never forgotten its amazing protagonist and great mechanics that modernize Deus Ex in a tasteful way. The original port deserves to be preserved in all its golden filter goodness.

Terranigma is among the most outstanding SNES titles of all time. What impresses me the most about it is that it was clearly built on a thematic bedrock. Every decision made by the developers stemmed from an unmistakable central vision, which is mirrored and strengthened everywhere. Every detail feels lovingly handcrafted, and all of it is created in service to that foundational motif, that bedrock that grounds every aspect of the game into just the most beautiful message on Earth. That said, articulating what this game is really about is really difficult. The developers used the term "duality" to describe it, but I honestly feel like it goes so much deeper than that. This game sets out to help the player understand the beauty and sanctity of life and enables you to gain an appreciation for your own unique life experiences. It does this from the perspective of the planet itself, giving an absolutely unique view of humanity for this era of gaming. Terranigma communicates its message through a feeling, through abstraction that speaks to the emotions rather than the intellect. It does this through quiet and subtle means—things like the consequence of player choices and well-constructed symbolism that contains incredible depth. Terranigma's soul exists in the feeling generated by these contemplative moments and the lovely soundtrack that accompanies them. This game makes me laugh, it gives me rushes of nostalgia for the time of my childhood, it's exciting and fun to play—very well designed—but it also makes me tear up when the credits roll, generating a deep sense of sadness and finality that are difficult to shake. It's a game that leaves a lasting impression and stands as one of my favorites of all time. While there may not be many who have recognized the efforts of the brilliant developers at Quintet, I want to give them my recognition now, and thank them for such a remarkably crafted work of art. If you haven't played Terranigma, I could not recommend it more.

Aliens versus Predator 2

A classic FPS from the early 00's. Such a hassle to install on a modern system. A re-release would made it acessible to a newer audience. The three campaigns are so well put together. The best game that reunite these two cinema icons.

This game helped me some bad medical times. the amount of time my sister and I put into it. The amount of care I tried to give the actors and I felt bad when I had to fire people cause I ran out money.

I haven't bought anything from GOG since they lied to us about this. But I did buy Devotion from Red Candle's site. The game is brilliant, really creepy and disturbing (completed it twice now) with excellent sound design.

My favorite memory of Prey is when I passed through a portal and it took me to the surface of a small planetoid in a glass box I saw some minutes before... And the terrible visage of a Hunter looking very closely to me from the other side of that very same glass. We don't have moments like this in any modern games. Not anymore. It's unforgivable that this game will probably never get a sequel thanks to Bethesda's actions back in 2011.

I had never played a game that has pulled me in and maintained the allure that hooked me in the first place. But Rumbleverse was different. From the first game I played, I knew it was a game I wouldn’t want to stop playing. I told all my friends about it and they were hooked as well. We would spend game after game trying new builds, new landing spots, and attack strategies. The read-and-react style of a fighting BR is one that is hard to do effectively, and Rumbleverse did it wonderfully well. Every other game I have played since has felt like a lull. I have been long waiting for the day I can drop back into Grapital City, and will anxiously continue my wait for the inevitable return.

A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Final Fantasy XFinal Fantasy X is the tenth main installment in the FF series and the first title released on sixth-generation consoles. Does high number of votes for a game mean that it will be released sooner?

A high number of votes shows strong interest, which influences both GOG and IP owners. However, we can’t guarantee that every highly-voted game will be released.

How does my vote help to preserve games?

All games on GOG are DRM-free, so you can download and back them up for future use. Additionally, we aim to include as many games as possible in the GOG Preservation Program, ensuring classic titles remain playable on modern systems.

What happens with Stories once the game is released on GOG?
