Armor Class Increases:
As a character's level increases, the character's Armor Class gains a corresponding level bonus.

Similar to average BAB, before 20th level, this level bonus is equal to 3/4 character level; after 20th level, +1 level bonus every odd-numbered level.

When Attack Bonus Increases is changed to character level / 2, this level bonus also changes to character level / 2.


Adjusted Power Attack:
Trade extra melee attack bonus for damage.

If your melee attack bonus is higher than your opponent's AC, redundant part automatically converts to damage bonus (up to your base attack bonus).

If you attack with a two-handed weapon, or with a one-handed weapon wielded in two hands, or with sole primary natural weapon, this damage bonus is doubled. However, this damage bonus doesn’t apply to light weapons (except unarmed attacks or natural weapons).

Power Attack, Deadly Aim: No longer add one time damage per 10 character levels


Adjusted Enchantments:
Adjusted extra damage dice increase of weapon enchantments: add one time per magic bonus -> add one time per 2 magic bonuses (at odd numbers, e.g. +3, +5...)
Reduced rate of alignment enchantments
Optimized enchantments display order and magic item name


New Optional House Rules:
A weapon has up to one extra damage dice enchantment
Remove alignment enchantments
Invariable damage increases by one time per 10 character levels

Favored Enemy: increase damage bonus by 1 time per 10 levels (unchecked by default)
Increased initial modifications of house rules: 2 -> 10
(+4 modifications of House Rules for old saves)


Others:
Removed Greater Rapid Shot
Optimized Damage Reduction text on character panel
Optimized loading speed and disk space usage of fonts
Fixed: bugs of summoned creatures resurrecting, overlapping positions and disrupting Time Stop
Fixed: grappling bug of multiple summons
Fixed: 3 less rounds of Rage
Fixed: party name bug of quick create party in arena
Fixed: stats of substitute characters sometimes not updated


Next, we'll work on (rough list):
Some prestige classes (details TBD), new player races (Bugbear, Lizard Scion, Gnoll), more feats and spells, etc.

There's been an update in Galaxy for Blade Runner - Enhanced Edition. Nothing for the offline installers. Here is the list of changes.

There are still some issues, like the videos being only in English, as far as I can make out. And the 3D representations of objects you pick up are still bugged.

Achievements have been added in Galaxy, too.

Hello everyone,

We have our first patch ready, and available to download now for Blade Runner: Enhanced Edition. The patch contains the following fixes and improvements:

- Added missing audio and text localization (video localization to come in a later patch). Set your language in the Game Options
- Added missing subtitle credits
- Fixed possible deadlocks and memory leaks
- Fixed various menus not responding to resolution changes
- Fixed menu sliders sound loop when dragged with the mouse
- Fixed Borderless Window setting on PC not sticking
- Added Game Option to disable widescreen borders
- Added Game Option to change in-game brightness
- Fixed McCoy not being able to walk freely in certain rooms (eg. Outside Runciter’s)
- Fixed subtitles not displaying during outtakes
- Fixed outtakes not playing at 60fps
- Fixed fog not rendering correctly in certain rooms (eg. Chinatown)
- Fixed McCoy clipping into vehicles in RC03

- Individual clue privacy when using the kia privacy addon was not obvious, now every private clue has a unique icon next to it, along with a background highlight.
- Enhanced graphics for KIA upgrade and suspect silhouettes
- Keyboard shortcuts can no longer open the KIA during cutscenes
- Fixed incorrect colors in localized subtitles
- Fixed subtitles changing interface language
- Fixed audio volume changing during scene transitions
- Player personality (conversation choices) can be changed ingame
- Difficulty achievements are retroactive.

Thanks for being patient with us while we deal with these issues. We'd also like to share what we have planned for the next patch:

- A toggle between the original and our Enhanced Edition videos,
- Video localization for the intro, and outtakes,
- Improvements to the User Interface and Menus,
- Improvements to make longer KIA clues legible

- Fixed an issue where the Masked Manticore special mission disabled the current active one at an explored site, if the Masked Manticore was on it.

Is this a bug? Because the latest update in the offline download section is for version 1.29a and so a version number lower 1 rather implies an early development version.

[i]This is another small bugfix patch, fixing the following issues:

- Port in the Storm vs rewinding time: Rewinding time using a ruins event, then undoing this was a bit too much for the spacetime continuum in this mission, resulting in a crash. I applied additional duct tape to the continuum.
- Tutorial slowdown: Two in-game tutorials could exhibit a pretty heavy frame drop because *somebody* left debugging code in. I have reprimanded myself and the tutorials should now work normally.
- Campaign mission descriptions: Ingame text for the fargate, the vaults and the advanced pylons has been revised for more clarity (hopefully). Only in the English version for now until the next localization update.

After these fixes, the version numbers should be up to v1.3(b1080) on Windows and v1.3(b1081) on Mac.[/i]
