Emob78: Look to enjoy season 7. There's an episode called 'Rebel within' where Jefferson Davis gets teleported to the future and hijacks a Federation battle cruiser. He then hires an army of Confederate Vulcans to assist him in enslaving the Borg. But the Enterprise captures him and his ship, and Picard then spends the last 15 minutes of the show explaining to Captain Jefferson Davis why artificial life is sentient and deserves its own respect and appreciation. Jefferson Davis then spends the ending of the show hugging and kissing various retarded wheelchair-bound black robot Borg and finally he learns the meaning of Christmas.

Long time no see old TOS friend :)
Goddamn synthehol. Fake ass goop pretending to be space whiskey.

Elmofongo: Ah.

Well looking at it at face value it still makes sense. Because so far into TNG I have not seen THAT much of the Borg's origin. Or the complete inner workings of it.

Breja: The way it's done in First Contact actually works, in the sense it does not contradict anything we know but rather expands on it, and is explained well enough to work within the "hive mind" idea of the Borg. It's in the later season of Voyager that I remember it going really wrong, with the Queen being shown (by desing or bad writing, I'm not sure, maybe rewatching those episodes will shed some light on it) as more of a individual, a single villain in charge of the Borg rather than an emanation of the hive mind.
Well here I am at Season 6. The Episode I was dreading the most. Rascals.

Wish me Luck.

Oh that episode is so sad. When he loads up the holodeck and sits in the original bridge. :(

Whoopi Goldberg surprisingly was not that bad. The only characters I don't care for is Tasha Yar and the other female doctor that tries to be more like Bones.

OK I have no idea what is going on from this image I am seeing, but now I am not looking forward to this perticular episode of Deep Space 9:

True story: cast and crew originally were really excited about this. They wanted to make this a TV comedy classic. Well, that didn't work out. >_>

Chain of Command man.

THERE ARE FOUR LIGHTS!!!!
You could sit Patrick Stewart and David Warner in a room together and have them read the phone book and it would still be the fantastic. Give them a script like this, and it's a sight to behold. Warner was an excellent casting choice here, he really is one of the few actors on Stewart's level.

But I also like how the episode handled the plot with Jellico. I'm glad that despite being unlikeable, he is not made to be incompetent, or a traitor or something.

Heck my initial impression of the stry is that Jelico and that admiral lady double agent working for the cardassians.

Do we get to see an inevitable war between both factions?

You mean Federation and Cardassians? For all things Cardassian DS9 is where it's at.

So Close to DS9 I can taste it. Only 2 seasons left and the movies and the latter feels easier to get into than watching a whole season.

That episode is the best. Never seen Star Trek as more gripping than that.

Try a frustrated female whose husband was so enthralled with Start Trek that she actually grabbed his member and put it where all men have gone before.
