I guess developers caught them stealing too often and now no one will work with them but they can still buy stuff from other evil corporations.
Who are "they"? Who do you mean if you only say "Atari" today? Namco Bandai? Hasbro? I don't really like such fake brands. I wonder when Commodore will be resurrected. :D
Looks like RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 still remains elusive. A lawsuit resulted in it being pulled from all stores, but a new "complete" edition surfaced on EGS and Steam.

It's owned fully now by Frontier, the game's original developers. Unfortunately, Frontier loves their DRM.
