Hello everyone! I was wondering if there's a list (or a GOGMix) of games, here on GOG, that feature "in-game" achievements (not Galaxy!). For example, I know of Piranha Bytes games (Risen, Elex etc.), Shadow Warrior 2013, Banished, that sort of thing. Is anyone keeping track of the games that have platform-independent achievements?

EDIT: Apparently, the answer was "no". As suggested, I'll start to make a basic list and I'll take any suggestions. Remember: I'm not talking about GOG Galaxy achievements, but achievements which are stored locally and are independent from GOG. If a game has both kinds of achievements, it goes on the list. If you suggest a game where the achievements system is "peculiar", please add some info about it.

So feel free to re-convert this thread for this purpose. :)

I don't buzz around here (the forum) a lot, but I can try. Probably a GOGMix would be more helpful, though.

Select Store > Browse all games
Select Features > Achievements
Done.

Dragon Age: Origins achievements were internal to the game.

I don't think they're tied to anything. I have the original retail disc version and the achievements worked 100% offline.

Defender's Quest has in-game achievements.

The Saboteur uses a perks/achievements system which is used to unlock new cars and abilities.

Weird. There used to be a GOGmix with an accompanying thread, but the mix seems to be gone (or the URL was changed; at any rate, it gives a 404), and I can't find anything relevant via a Google site search.

At any rate, that suggestions thread would be a good starting point to compile your own list.

I can safely say that the GOGMix is probably gone, because I've searched a lot for something like that, with no luck. On the other hand, the thread you linked is pretty useful. I'll add the games listed there, thanks!

Yep. I remembered that the thread is a continuation of a line of inquiry that started here, and guar seems to have edited this post to delete the GOGmix link just a few months later. That probably means he asked for the mix to be deleted (Lord only knows why). In any case, the replies to guar in that topic should also be of use to you. :)

I see three mixes right off but none of them with more than a couple of games listed and there's no mention of the achievements being in game or Galaxy:
