@Scene, how many scum would you say you had on your wagon while you were racing with blotunga to stay alive?

ZFR: At least it got you to post here. Hooray!
Huzzah!

On a more serious note, I will be going to bed soon as I am not feeling well atm. I will try to post more tomorrow(irl, not next game "day"). Have fun, all. :)
I'm going to make this a first, single post to make things easy to read. First, while checking for agentcarr's posts, I had the idea to also cross-check them with SPF's posts and see what they thought of each other.

I checked each agentcarr post, and made a list of interactions similar to gogtrial's that I will post next thing. He has not interacted with Microfish, myself...and SirPrimalform. In fact, he only mentions all three of us exactly once.

Microfish and myself in this post.
avatar
gogtrial34987: From your vantage point of a leaf in the wind, do you have any thoughts about Bookwyrm, GameRager, microfish, and Pooka? Would you leave flub for any of them?
avatar
agentcarr16: Leaning town on Bookwyrm. His fixation on myself is a symptom of his admiration for myself and should in no way be concerning.

I am neutral on all three of GameRager, Microfish_1, and PookaMustard. I would never leave flubbucket, but I'm unlikely to vote for him at present.
SPF in this one.
avatar
supplementscene: SPF, Microfish, Agent need to commit to wagons.
avatar
agentcarr16: I'm not sure why those three are the ones you singled out. Trentonlf wasn't voting, and both SPF and I were.
Assuming he was the one to shoot SPF, I find it interesting that of the three he did not interact with, he decided to go for SPF. Looking back at SPF, I find him never even mentioning Agent once, and your only match in an ISO on SPF is in a quote by Bookwyrm (concerning players on single-vote wagons). Here is the SPF post in question.
avatar
Bookwyrm627: 1. I was actually referencing players that have their vote sitting on very lonely wagons. Scene and Micro are sitting together on a very unlikely wagon. People like SPF, Agent, and Blotunga are sitting on a wagon all by themselves.
avatar
SirPrimalform: That's not a wagon, it's an RVS vote. I've been mentally voting for Blotunga for a while and talking about it, his wagon just had plenty of votes already so there was no reason to rush (until now, and real life is rushing me as well).
When I put it like this, I can't seem to make sense of their deaths combined. They had no dirt on each other, never talked to each other. Nothing. Could this be a perfect reason for shooting each other? I don't know. But it is interesting to think about nonetheless.

I request a bump.
bump
*BUMP* ....now off to bed...tralalala
agentcarr16 interactions:
#73 - quoted Joe, voted scene
#75 - quoted gogtrial
#126 - quoted Joe and scene, voted trent [his last vote]
#147 - GameRager, flub, trent, blotunga and scene
#153 - trent
#182 - trent, Joe, GameRager, dedoporno
#202 - Bookwyrm, GameRager, gogtrial
#214 - gogtrial
#227 - dedoporno
#230 - dedoporno, continuing #227
#278 - Bookwyrm, scene, gogtrial
#311 - scene
#318 - flub, gogtrial, scene, blotunga, Joe
#355 - Joe, Bookwyrm

For Carr himself, there is not much to go by. As said in the other post, he has not interacted with Microfish, SirPrimalform, and myself in his 14 posts. His first post begins with voting scene, then the third changes to trent and he stays there for the rest fo the Day. According to #73 and #75, he voted scene despite of a serious vote being on him.
avatar
gogtrial34987: pre-post edit: @agentcarr: that is worded like an RVS vote. Are you aware that Bookwyrm already placed a serious vote on scene? (And me as well now.)
avatar
agentcarr16: Yep.
Strangely enough in #126, he makes fun of scene's repeated usage of "analytical," and...
avatar
supplementscene: analysis... analysed... analysis
avatar
agentcarr16: You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

However, vote trentonlf.
(rest of quote addresses Joe's underlines in Joe-96, cut to shorten the quote)
I can't make sense of the sudden vote change. Especially when scene was mentioned the topic before the vote.

He explains it later in #147.
avatar
trentonlf: Do I smell funny or something?
avatar
agentcarr16: Yes. We didn't want to make it a big deal, but we've decided to stage an intervention.

avatar
flubbucket: Was waiting for this...=D
avatar
agentcarr16: I like you.

avatar
blotunga: I'm quite willing to lunch flub
avatar
agentcarr16: I'm sure he'd appreciate that, but I think he's taken.

avatar
supplementscene: I'm actually tempted to put an RVS vote on Agent for his lack of explanation for his votes
avatar
agentcarr16: ...that's not what that word means.

As for trentonlf, votes 3-4 are pivotal and I like his less than I like gogtrial34987's.
He seems to believe in the whole "votes 3-4 are important" bit in the same way scene believes the same for 3-5. Seems like the flub-related comments are related to blotunga voting flub after the latter voted him.

Implied scene looks the way he always looks (basically he has no alignment pinned down)
avatar
trentonlf: So you vote me because I was the fourth vote on Scene’s wagon? I find him to be scummy and voted him, it’s the same thing I would do for anyone else I found to be scummy. Is there a reason you are trying to make Scene’s wagon look like a townie being lynched? I mean why else would you be trying to insinuate that vote positions on someone’s wagon matter at this point. Now if Scene is lynched and flips town then you’re absolutely right that the votes should be scrutinized, but right now with no information to go on other than people’s actions or behavior vote position means very little.
avatar
agentcarr16: Scene looks like scene always looks: like an "analyst." I don't find him scummy. Ergo...
Aside from that, there seems to be some stuff that I think are noise. The one thing in common is that he keeps mentioning flub and how he's his favorite player, etc, but they don't seem serious game-wise. I think his most serious post is this.
avatar
Bookwyrm627: Where/when, and how so?
avatar
agentcarr16: Post 74 he questions my RVS vote because he's voting seriously.

Post 123 he is urging scene to consider my RVS vote suspicious.

Post 187 he has decided that I am scum-buddies with scene because I RVS voted scene in order to leave the wagon that literally hadn't formed yet (!?!) but that I obviously knew would form... somehow?

He has also thrown shade my at vote for trentonlf because he doesn't believe that wagon positions are enough to vote on. If that's his opinion, fair enough, but it seems odd to me.

avatar
supplementscene: he gets 2 for the price of 1

agentcarr16: Heh

First he begins suspecting gogtrial using the posts he linked at the top, as well as the thing with vote positions. Then he spoke of who he was neutral on. Which I can't discern much out of other than he's misrepresenting gogtrial the same way scene does.

Carr is a really tough nut to crack. I can't discern much from either him or SPF, other than their reads on players and who they did not interact with.

ZFR: SirPrimalform is dead. He was Kaevink Caullinski, Mafia Goon.
I KNEW it!!!!!

Also, these names... I know names mean nothing, but the names that have come up so far fit a pattern, and I don't recognise these names within the pattern WAIT HANG ON A TICK. Oh Calluninski was the sample role from game 55 so it's just Carr's I don't recognise. Anyway they probably don't mean anything. Sorry for wasting time.

I feel much less bad about blotunga being town now! To quote Homer Simpson "I can't help but feel partly responsible"

avatar
GameRager: Reply 3:

This bit is odd given the serial killer is now dead, but who knows.

Analysis: Who knows
Hahaha! I like this whole post, but this is certainly the highlight

avatar
gogtrial34987: @Joe (or anyone else who knows): how likely is SPF to bus fellow mafia, how likely is he to defend them?
I honestly don't know. I certainly don't think he'd be squeamish about bussing, but he wouldn't do so for no reason.

Be back shortly

I suspect that each of them thought the other one was too quiet and was maybe hiding a PR. Or they might have went for a low kill information (this seems more likely for the mafia and less so for the SK but who knows).

As for blotunga's wagon, I'm still waiting to hear from scene but here are some other thoughts on it. First of all, it was obviously a mistake but, to be honest, I don't think it was a bad wagon in itself and under the circumstances we had and in the vacuum of D1 it was acceptable. A few things to note:

Joe "started" the wagon with an RVS vote and never moved from it. The vote was said to be essentially baseless but later on it gained reasoning that solidified it in an real vote. That might have been a natural and organic transition or Joe was presented with good reasons to stick to his vote and not have to look for reasons to vote others. I tend to prefer the former as Joe said he wants to see SPF as mafia which checks out. Unless, of course, that was just D1 distancing and the SK surprised them which would probably be perfect for scum-Joe is it's making him look better for it. I'll leave this for now though as when I started writing this paragraph I had Joe more on the Town side of things but as I went on I started to hesitate what all of this means. I want to see him as Town as he is way too attractive to be scum.

Next is flub who joined the wagon after blotunga's questionable actions and explanations. Not much to say there. Can be opportunistic scum or over-vigilant Town who reacted on somewhat poor Town play.

Then it was myself, dedoporno - pretty much same the exact same thing as flub. Maybe I should be seen at as a tad more suspicious since this is now becoming a real wagon even though it takes quite a while to actually pick up.

Then it's Wyrm. Wagon is starting to roll now as we kind of need it (or the rival wagon) to pick up speed and Wyrm is bloodthirsty for it but this isn't exactly AI for him and under these conditions it becomes even harder to distinguish opportunistic voting for mislych from voting for the sake of securing a lynch on someone you actually find suspicious. Even more so when the votee has made himself look subpar.

Then SPF. Scum. He mentioned at one point that he would support the other wagon (scene) in case of need but never again got back to it even though at one point we were struggling to seal blotunga's. This may or may not mean something.

Then scene. This is pretty much the most interesting one. There is no point inn doing an overview, everyone has their observations of scene so far. I want(ed) to give it poor Town play as it's not the first time but it's not just one or two missteps. The weirdness keeps going and going. Some things that irk me at the end of the day, in the context of blotunga's wagon are #374 and and the next couple posts about lynching either of them. 374 felt redundant in the context of them basically battling each other for survival, it's almost as if it's to make the vote look a bit better and not only for self-preservation but out of need to secure the lynch. I'm not sure if I'm not reading this in a biased way now after my view has been tainted by everything preceding but it is what it is.

Finally trent with the hammer. This is a tricky one. I want to see trent as Town as based on his exchanges and couple of actions he felt like it. But then switched back from scene to blotunga even though he [trent] said earlier that he believes both are probably Town. I perfectly agree with lynching for the sake of getting a lynch to work with but I find it slightly odd when you vote for someone you down find scummy, especially in trent's case. He is one of the people who would always vote for a player they find scummy no matter what. So there is a bit of a contradiction there which I'm not exactly sure how to read.

That's my view of things so far. Thoughts and opinions are welcome and encouraged.

dedoporno: ...........

over-vigilant Town who reacted on somewhat poor Town play.

...........
Over-vigilant......me?!?!

I'm fine with my vote on blotunga. Of course I wish he'd been mafia. It's not like I haven't been a Day One lynch before.

The interactions between SirPrimalform and supplementscene smell of tutoring. The comments and questions could be seen as coaching...even the I don't read the OP comments. I guess it could also be low hanging fruit which SirPrimalform can easily post about without looking suspicious.

I agree trentonlf has my attention regarding end-of-day voting.

supplementscene and trentonlf are highest on my list to lynch.

PookaMustard: ......<snip>...........
What do you make of trentonlf's posts at the end of Day One??

GOOD the names genuinely do mean nothing sorry for getting excited about it.

It's likely that SirP was Carr's choice (unless there's been a doc/block intervention combined with a vig kill but it's not likely)

But Carr was not necessarily SirP's choice. There is at least one other person on the mafia team.

avatar
dedoporno: I want to see him as Town as he is way too attractive to be scum.
Oh You! Stop! Please you're emBARRASSing me!
avatar
JoeSapphire: But Carr was not necessarily SirP's choice. There is at least one other person on the mafia team.
I meant "them" as mafia team and SK. I seriously doubt SPF made an executive decision by himself and then saw it through personally.
Vote Count

(When you see a vote count please quickly make sure your vote is against the correct player. Let me know if it's not)

trent 1 - scene

Everyone else - 0
Not voting: everyone else

10 players left. It takes 6 to lynch.

D2 will end Saturday.
