There's a difference between buying it on Steam or elsewhere though. Buying it elsewhere is often a little cheaper, but won't get you a Steam key but a code for Rockstar Social Club. Seeing that you need to create a Rockstar Social Club account anyway, it might not matter very much or even be better, unless you care for Steam's overlay and achievements and such, but it's worth noting.
