Well I know for a fact that page said $2.49 a minute ago so this must've been a price mistake that was quickly fixed.

Still 2.49 on the storepage, but it changes to 9.99 on the preview+purchase section. Seems like a display error.

Maybe it does now. Previously, it was 2.49 till you reached the "preview+purchase" section where it became 9.99.

At any rate, it seems that the error has been fixed, so it's a moot point now.
