Well, as others said already, it's a good bundle for those who don't have the games yet. And not everyone has. It may sometimes look this way for those of use who are monitoring the bundle scene for years now, but there are always people who discovered it only recently, or who only bought retail before.

I suppose the obvious question is, why are they repeating games?. they have a lot of people who have bought bundles from them for a longtime, and the repeats have been ongoing for a fair few of their bundles now....

on a side-note:
While Awakening is great at even 50% off, you mileage may vary with Volantis, it has the Bot Speed upgrade, which is effectively inferior to the Bot Capacity upgrade (sold seperately), since you can mine resource-depots only once, so the capacity upgrade gives you 2x the resources, while the speed upgrade only gets you 1x resources in half the time. The gun modules are decent, they say.
But it's not like DS3 isn't throwing resources on you, ayway. I got my Suit and Stasis maxed out in about half into the game. Stasis is you best friend! Volantis goes rarely on decent sale, so, just saying :)
