It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

^ That makes a lot of sense. I'm adding them, with warning.

Of course, if they had forgotten to patch Tomb Raider not in a month, but in a year, it would have gone on the list without hesitation

Any idea why these changes are not reflected in the 2nd class browser add-on?
Hello, thanks for this list ! I check every game I'm interested in before purchase :)

I have a suggestion though : games where the ONLY thing listed is the missing soundtrack, should be put in a separate tab in the doc. It's still useful information to have, but soundtracks are separate products* not directly tied to the content/updates/bugs/etc of a game. The main list of "real" second-class games would be less cluttered and more informative with this distinction, I think.

*I know GOG do not allow buying sountracks if you do not own the game, but I think it is a GOG-problem and not a game-problem. Steam updated how it works on this a while ago, and still, lots of soundtracks are purchasable elsewhere (eg Bandcamp), so this is not the same product as the game itself.

Thanks !

^ Hello to you. I'm glad you appreciate the list! That's exactly what we want: to help players here make better decisions.

That sounds like a nice idea. But before working on it, I'd first have to discuss it with other people handling the list and, most importantly, get int contact with the developer of the browser extension. They'd have to reprogram the list so that it finds elsewhere missing soundtracks.

It's just that it takes some hours, now they're there

About Tomb Raider... Shadow and Rise were just released and were inserted into the GOG preservation program... even though they lack the Linux and the Mac builds. In contrast of the principle "This is the best version of this game you can buy on any PC platform." I'm asking about this. There are also many users complaining that other languages are not fully functional, though I can't confirm that myself.

ERBlank:
Randal's Monday confirmed. The game have two rotating carousels of languages, one for audio, one for text. Neither carousel has Italian.

Super Time Force Ultra confirmed. The game has language-specific installers and Japanese is indeed not available for download.

Since there are a few (oder) reviews complaining about missing updates. Is "Children of Morta" up to date?

Apparently not.

It was last updated on Steam in March 2022.

It was updated for Windows on Galaxy in April 2022 --- so that's probably up to date.

However, the offline installers have not been updated since October 2021 (Windows and Mac) and June 2021 (Linux) --- so all are certainly not up to date.

If Galaxy is up to date and only the offline installer is missing - this should be easy to be fixed by GOG. Will tell them. Thank you.

Is the April 2022 update still on Galaxy?

It's actually not available via Galaxy anymore, GOGDB just lists all builds it ever encountered there. To see the currently available ones, check the API links given on https://www.gogdb.org/product/1774901766#details:

So, correct me if I understand this wrong, but - there was an update build bringing it up to date, but then it was reverted?

Yeah, they uploaded a build with version number 1.3.178 to Galaxy (while Steam is on 1.3.155.3 according to the last patch notes).

That build was only available through a beta channel and only on Windows as well. You'd have had to consciously select that beta channel to play it, as Galaxy wouldn't have updated the game otherwise

Some unknown time later, they pulled that build, so it's not available anymore and we're back to 1.2.74 (which, realistically, is probably the version everyone played anyway, even Galaxy users).
