China is horrid country and everything it does should be opposed. Screw china, screw censorship, mock everyone who disagree and dunk on china about everything. Everyone who support china and/or censorship is my enemy, my personal enemy.

Ready or Not
Ready or Not
user avatar@ShmakoBola
When I first launched Ready or Not, I was immediately struck by its atmosphere — dark, tense, and grounded. It felt like being dropped into the middle of a real operation. The variety of missions, the detailed weapon handling, and the immersive design pulled me in. After some time, I decided to upgrade to the Supporter Edition to experience even more of what the game had to offer. I remember the unique uniforms and HRT-themed cosmetics that came with that edition — they weren’t just skins to me. They were part of what made me feel immersed, like I was really part of a team. They brought back memories, made each mission feel personal. Over time, things began to change. Some content was removed or altered, such as the iconic HRT gear and the shield designs, which had been part of the supporter content. New gear was introduced, but some of it felt disconnected from the original vision — even linked to in-game factions the player is supposed to oppose. Certain promised features, like tactical planning tools or additional equipment, never made it into the game, despite being listed in early descriptions. That was a tough realization for someone who had supported the project from early access. Even with these changes, I stuck with the game. The developers released new content and DLCs that offered some value. But later, with the approach of the console release, more changes came, including censorship that affected the game’s visual tone — especially in areas like gore and realism, which had once set Ready or Not apart. I installed a mod to restore some of the censored content — it didn’t bring everything back, but helped preserve part of the original tone. Meanwhile, core mechanics like gas, shields, and even certain graphics features are sadly broken. Despite the frustration, Ready or Not still holds a strange place in my heart — a reminder of what early access games can be, both in promise and in heartbreak.
Dead or Alive 4
Dead or Alive 4
user avatar@MITSUO_1988
Dead or Alive 4 is pound for pound the uncontested peak of the series. It's Itagaki-Sensei at the height of his powers and back when it was released, it was almost like looking into the future! From its memorable and wild stages (the Mugen Tenshin bridge and the Crash Club being clear standouts), solid music, finely tuned mechanics, impressive visuals, a legit challenging story-mode that's both compelling and frustrating in equal measure (thanks Alpha-152... -_-') and an online mode that many fighting games are still trying to catch up to a whole two decades after its release, DOA4 feels like Team Ninja's creative peak following Ninja Gaiden Black. And that's not counting Aerosmith's 'Amazing' playing at the end credits, an ending that got out emotions I never knew I had. This game was on top of the world back in the day and I feel it deserves to be preserved. It has hardly dated and an updated PC port with improved online play would be perfect. This game deserves it's long overdue comeback.

This is a vastly underrated series that evolved with each installment. Besides the incredible soundtrack by Hans Zimmer, the series features an excellent narrative penned with the involvement of Peter Watts, one of the most original sci-fi authors alive (he authored a Crysis tie-in novel and the absolutely phenomenal Blindsight). Crysis is sci-fi body horror encapsulated in a shiny sheen of gameplay that makes you feel like Batman with guns. The multiplayer is also incredible. Bring this game to this platform!

Dear GOG Team, I’m writing to kindly request that you consider bringing Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse Remastered to the GOG storefront. As a long-time fan of the series and supporter of DRM-free gaming, I’d love the opportunity to complete my Sam & Max collection on GOG. Skunkape Games has done a fantastic job remastering the series, and it would be wonderful to see the final installment available alongside the previous titles for fans who prefer GOG’s platform. Thank you for your continued dedication to preserving classic games and supporting indie developers!

I have played many adult games over the years, I can count on one hand the ones that I was interested enough in the story to not just skip it to get to the adult scenes, of those few this is the only one where I have liked it enough to play it multiple times. The combat is not easy, do not make the mistake of thinking it is, but the way the story unfolds and the ways so many minor choices effects things is amazing to see in a game like this. I have been playing RPG's for decades and this one honestly has one of the most interwoven choice based stories with everything to do effecting the story that I have ever seen. I started playing this on a whim for the adult content but the story hooked me to the point that honestly became secondary.
Prey

user avatar@LucasDodge
One of my very earliest memories of being a gamer is going to the local internet café and suddenly discovering this strange game called Prey installed in the machine. I had never heard of it, nor had any of my friends. So I boot it up to try it and immediatelly fall in love. Barracuda playing at the bar in the beginning just stamped itself in my mind as a core memory. The first time we switch to spirit form, oh (dramatic pause) my mind was blown away. The graphics for the time were sharp, the shooting was fun, and the horror atmosphere made me so scared as a 13yo but I didn't mind, cause I loved it so much. Throughout the years I was always wondering, "what about Prey?", and then I saw the announcement for a game called Prey, which fell short for me and made me really sad when I realized, that was not MY favorite game PREY, but something else entirely. I was so let down and never got to play this dear-to-my-heart game anymore. My only hope is you, GOG. Please bring back this gem and let us relive our fond memories.

Digimon World

user avatar@jamilavida
DMW1 was one of the first few games (alongside FF7 and FFT) that I got for my PSOne. I was always a digimon fan, through the anime and playing the digi-tamagochi. Picking it up was a no-brainer. Although, I didn't get far in the game at first. One of my most precious memory was getting Numemon of course. I was following a rumour that a childhood friend of mine shared, that says if I digivolved near the toilet at Native Forest, I'll get Meramon. Oh how naive I was. lol. Ngl, I dropped the game after that. Picked it up years later after having access to the all-knowing internet, and I digivolved from a 9 y/o kid to a 13 y/o pre-teen. Gaming at that time was fun but also can be super frustrating, especially for games with intricate/obscure mechanics like DMW1. Despite that it's always a game that is close to my heart. I can boot it up right now and sink hours upon hours on it. Will always love this game.

To the GOG Team, I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to express my deep appreciation for GOG's commitment to preserving and reviving classic games, and to humbly request your consideration for one hidden gem that deserves to be brought back: Spy vs Spy (2005). When Spy vs Spy was released in 2005, it unfortunately did not gain widespread attention, despite offering a highly entertaining and unique experience. To this day, the game remains fully playable and especially enjoyable thanks to its online multiplayer mode. As a passionate member of a small but dedicated community that still plays and shares this game, we have been doing everything we can to keep it alive—whether through online emulation, achievements, or fan discussions. We truly believe that Spy vs Spy (2005) deserves a second chance, and GOG is the perfect platform to give it the exposure it never received. We kindly ask you to consider adding this title to your catalog. It would mean the world to us and could introduce a new generation of players to this nostalgic, competitive classic. Thank you so much for your time and support. Sincerely, Wael A lifelong fan of Spy vs Spy

Great game, I haven't played it in a hot second since I lost my discs years ago. The game is hands down the best MoH game, it's open-level design offers exploration and a degree of replayability that was only topped by the ARMA/ Operation Flashpoint franchise. Like others mentioned you can drop on any site of the map, and it makes a huge difference. You can land on a spot that aloows you to outflank the enemies if you prefer an easy battle or you can land in a heavily defended area where you have to fight for every inch. It is similar like Call of Duty games that you have to push forward in order stop the endless enemy waves, the agressive gameplay might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it keeps you at the edge of the seat. And although I played it many times, there were always neat little spots or flanks ready to be discovered. The last level is a bit over the top with it's vertical design, but even there the game offers at least 5 approaches how to engage the enemies. It's just a shame that it gets overlooked a lot. For a while this was my comfort game, although I knew the levels by heart it was just fun plowing through the enemies in the hardest difficulty, and that's a testament to good game design.

I just learned of this game's existence from a very informative video on YouTube by Dungeon Chill. I've never played it, and I would love the opportunity to! It never left Japan, so please make it available as well as translated. We all need to support availability of all games even the most obscure and niche ones. Also, we certainly need more old school gothic horror RPGs, which is exactly the kind of game I want to play.
Mafia: The Old Country
Mafia: The Old Country
user avatar@D76Zer0
The first x2 Mafia games really blew me away with their storylines & characters being top notch. I played them quite late- the remasterd versions, but the game-mechanics still stood up well. I've heard that The Old Country is a return to the format that worked so well [Mafia 3 was more open-worldy, which I dig BUT the cinematic, story/character-driven is where the earlier Mafia games really shined]. I can't wait to play it & GOG is the only way I'll p[l]ay.

Freelancer
FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Total Annihilation: Commander Pack
Total Annihilation: Commander Pack
What began as a conflict over the transfer of consciousness from flesh to machines escalated into a war which has decimated a million worlds. The Core and the Arm have all but exhausted the resources of a galaxy in their struggle for domination. Both sides now crippled beyond repair, the remnants of their armies continue to battle on ravaged planets, their hatred fuelled by over four thousand years of total war. This is a fight to the death. For each side, the only acceptable outcome is the complete elimination of the other. Total Annihilation (TA) is a real-time strategy (RTS) video game created by Cavedog Entertainment under the guidance of lead designer Chris Taylor. It was released on September 30, 1997, and was the first RTS game to feature 3D units and terrain. Two expansion packs were released: The Core Contingency on April 30, 1998, and Battle Tactics exactly 2 months later on June 30, 1998. When TA was released, the minimum computer requirements were a Pentium 100 MHz processor and 16 MB of RAM. Of course, these requirements were for computers in 1997; modern day machines easily exceed those recommended specifications, but it is still recommended to have a 1 GHz processor and 512 MB of RAM for the updated game engine. In the distant future, the galaxy is ruled by a central body of humans and artificial intelligences called the Core (a contraction of "Consciousness Repository"). The Core's technological and economic triumphs have allowed humanity to colonize most of the Milky Way and enjoy peace and prosperity. However, the balance is broken by a technological breakthrough that allows the consciousness of a human being to be reliably transferred into a machine, thereby theoretically granting infinite life, in a process called "patterning." Following a mandate imposed on humanity by the Core requiring everyone to undergo patterning as a public health measure, a rebel band is formed out of colonies from the edges of the galaxy (hence their name, the Arm), whose members refused to leave their natural bodies to join the Core's machines. A war lasting 4,000 years followed, with the Arm mass-producing clones as pilots for its vehicles and the Core duplicating consciousness-embedded microchips to pilot its own machines.  Includes Total Annihilation and both its expansion packs — The Core Contingency and Battle Tactics. A timeless classic that has won over 57 awards! Epic battles with hundreds of units accompanied by frantic music composed by Jeremy Soule and hundreds of available mods. Fully-articulated 3D units and buildings, with a diverse complement of unit types — for example, aircraft, amphibious tanks, infantry bots (kbots), vehicles, hovercraft, ships, submarines, unit production factories, powerful stationary defenses, and long-range weapons. A unique tracking feature allows players to follow single units, entire armies, or even projectiles across the landscape. True 3D terrain that units can climb over, into, and around, on extra-large 3D-generated maps. TA runs comfortably in high resolutions and even on modern dual monitor setups, so players can see more of the battlefield. Numerous world types to do battle on, such as grasslands, forests, deserts, archipelagos, open water, lava, metal, ice, crystal, acid, and even moons. More than 150 official units and 25 official missions per side in a single player campaign. The Core Contingency expansion pack added 75 new units (including the infamous Krogoth), 50 new maps, 25 new missions, and 6 new world types. Battle Tactics added 4 new units, 6 new maps, and 100 new missions. A final patch (version 3.1c, and included here) added 6 new units, including a resurrection kbot! Detailed and exciting campaigns that focus on their respective side's leaders, the Commanders. The stories of either the Core or the Arm start with an effort to defend the protagonist's home world and initiate a turning point in the war, followed by a series of battles on numerous planets and moons (using Galactic Gates as a form of faster-than-light transportation), before a final strike on the enemy's home world: either on the Arm's bucolic Empyrean or the Core's artificial Jupiter Brain world of Core Prime. Mission objectives include protecting a vital structure or area, capturing a pivotal enemy unit, or simply eliminating all enemy units. More powerful units and weapons are gradually unlocked throughout the campaigns after specific missions or events. Single-player skirmish battles and full multiplayer support, allowing players to watch and join battles, and form allied teams to share resources, information, and units. Highly advanced weaponry, including lasers, energy machine guns (EMGs), starburst missiles, plasma shells, lightning pulses, paralyzers, and nuclear warheads. Variables such as gravity, tides, and wind to disrupt the effectiveness of certain weapon types or to enhance resource production. Intelligence measures to detect or jam enemy units using radar and sonar, the ability to cloak or provide stealth shielding for units, and the means to revive destroyed units from their wreckages.Votes: 935

How do I add a game to the Dreamlist?
If you cannot find a game already on the list please use this form to add it to the list for everyone to vote.
Can I vote for more than one game?

Why should I vote?
Each vote shows community interest and signals to IP owners that releasing their game on GOG is a valuable opportunity.
How can I learn about the status of the game on the Dreamlist?
Currently, we can’t disclose the business status of a game before its release due to the complexity of the process and the potential negative impact this could have on our efforts. However, we’re working on a feature that will let you track the games you’ve voted for once they’re released.
Does high number of votes for a game mean that it will be released sooner?
A high number of votes shows strong interest, which influences both GOG and IP owners. However, we can’t guarantee that every highly-voted game will be released.
How does my vote help to preserve games?
