SS1 Enhanced crashing out the menu on the last cyberspace level. Is that intended?

I found a fix for the draw distance / enemy pop-in issue:

Go to `<user profile>/Saved Games/Nightdive Studios/SystemShock/Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor/GameUserSettings.ini` and change sg.ViewDistanceQuality from 0 to 3. For some reason, the game likes to set it to zero for certain setups. I have no idea what triggers it, but setting it to 3 solved all the issues for me. Hope this helps anyone struggling with this issue!

They should really add a View Distance slider to the graphics options.

ss2 remaster music is REALLY quiet (whet it's even audible), and that's at the audio levels, where the shotgun blasts are almost deafening even at the lowest effects volume. What's up with that?

Still nothing on Achievements not working in the Remake????

I realy do want to support GOG and continue to buy here, but i expect basic features to work.

So this is a longshot but I figured that I would try asking.

I have System Shock 2 25th Anniversary Remaster on Steam -- I would have preferred GOG but as I got it free due to backing the SS remake the choice was not mine.

However, GOG Galaxy does not recognize the game. I get "Unknown game". It launches but Galaxy has no data on it.

I can work around this but it is annoying.

What puzzles me is that I can find no one else reporting this issue which makes me wonder if this is an issue specific to my setup rather than an issue with Galaxy not finding the game data. However, if it is on my end then it is happening on two different computers.

I am not asking for a fix (though that would be nice) but I would like to know if anyone else is having the same issue.

There's already a thread on this but online multiplayer for the GOG version of System Shock 2 25th seems broken. It just flashes a message saying "Signing in" and then does nothing. Can't find any workarounds for this.
