Is this the cheapest JA2 has ever been?
So, anyone want to talk me into Darkstar One? I've got just about everything else I want from the promo otherwise.

And weren't the FlatOut titles just on sale recently?

Niggles: How are O.R.B, Strategic Command ???
O.R.B. is decent, especially if you like Homeworld-style games. It isn't Homeworld, but can scratch that itch. Probably best to say it's somewhere between Homeworld and Nexus, in terms of how it plays. Definitely worth the promo price.

tinyE: That series is fucked! XD
#1 is one of my top ten of all time and #2 for me is virtually unplayable. I'm too scared to try #3.
I hear you.
I wasn't able to get past 2nd or 3rd mission in EE2 and I am fairly good in RTS otherwise.

retsuseiba: Is this the cheapest JA2 has ever been?
I think it has been at $2.49 before, not sure though.
Patrician 3 purchased. Had this on my wishlist for a while and it doesn't seem to be promo'd often, not sure if it's ever been this price before.
All right, I really shouldn't do it, but JA2 and Blade of Darkness have been on my whishlist for way too much time!
Well, actually I discovered the latter only a week ago while watching a video by chance, but since then I had this uncontainable desire to try it. Good timing, I guess! :)
Why GOG, why are you trying to ruin me with all this good sales!

According to isthere any deal it is equal to what it never was on lower price here.

Current Price $2.99
Lowest Recorded $2.99

It was $2.49 on Amazon, though.

SirPrimalform: Uhhh... midsummer is in June.
I guess it depends on the definition you use. Sometimes it's used to describe Summer Solstice, which is the beginning of Summer, in late June. Others use it to literally describe the middle of Summer, which would accurately be described as early/mid August.

I usually go to isthereanydeal for such questions too, but it's not very useful on GOG thanks to its bundle/insomnia shenanigans. And I couldn't find JA2 on the insomnia tracker threads either.
Ghost Master is a surprisingly good environmental puzzle game with really open design and atmospheric setting. Easily worth $1.79, I went in with low expectations (expecting some casual game gimmicks) so it really surprised me with it's depth and diverse tactics.

I've just picked this up myself. A posting on the GOG Gifting thread got me to take a better look at it, and it does seem like some original fun. Certainly worth the gamble at this price.

Ok, I think I will hop on board as well... ... ... so easily swayed... :)
How is that Darkstar One? Does it work with an Xbox 360 controller? Is there a windowed mode?

Flirting with this one myself. :D

IronArcturus: Is there a windowed mode?
Yes. PCGamingWiki is a good source for GOG games that tells whether a game supports Widescreen or Windowed Mode.
