A bunch of games like Al-Qadim, Blake Stone: Aliens of Gold, Bio Menace and Blood have been updated with no changelog as of yet.

Following a hunch of mine, I gave Blood a go and noticed that it's now using the latest version of DOSBox, 0.74-2. It's likely that the other games have received similar updates.
