Well, I think GOG is getting too PC (compare the number of GOG games with Windows versions to the number without), so perhaps it's good that they released a non-PC update.

(This post is interpreting the tem "PC" as specifically referring to computers running Windows; this is not the only interpretation, and is one I might not agree with, but it's the one interpretation that allows me to make this joke.)

CARRiON-XCII: Seriously GOG, fix your damn notifications. If it wasn't for this thread I would have never known Turok updated.
You are completely right but I have given up completely on the update flags. They never really worked. Following this thread or using a script is the only possible solution here. At least for a longer time since even though GOG would fix their notifications we all know it won't last for long.

NOTE#1: The download links for the multilanguage installers above correspond to their English versions. In order to get the links for the other languages, you just need to substitute 'en1' in the URLs for 'cn1' (Chinese), 'fr1' (French), 'de1' (German), or 'ru1' (Russian).

NOTE#2: Anyway, I'm not sure this is a real update. The number of library entries has doubled exactly, and the limited information about the installers that MaGog can access only differs in the files versions (2.002 to 2.020), but e.g. file sizes have remained the same.

The DRM-free builds on Humble haven't been updated. When they are updated there right after a Steam update, it's usually a good sign about them landing shortly after on GOG. But since A⇒B doesn't mean !A⇒!B, I don't know what to expect...

They replied on Steam the PC version on GOG is up to date but they are having problems wth the Mac / Linux builds and they should be sorted tomorrow.

There is just one problem... Galaxy list the version as 1.2.0b whch looks to be an internal GOG update and it was uploaded 2 months ago. That can't be the update that just released yesterday on Steam I don't think? Maybe they meant they submited the update and it's just not live yet?

@Judas Any info?

For what it's worth: the missing update flags seem to have started to trickle in. Got 10 so far myself. They'll probably catch up in a matter of hours and will work as intended for a couple of days... until they disappear again. :\

Feels ok. It's not that the game is unplayable without this 2.0 patch. Also people who own the game probably own many other games too that could help killing the waiting time.

I just hope this huge delay between a patch being released on Steam and here on GOG will not become some kind of new standard for games released by Night Dive. I had planned to buy Forsaken next week. Someone from the GOG team should give us some infos about how long "windows will follow soon" will actually take.
...
