So if I may ask, who do you think we should vote for/whom is most scummiest to you(of your list in post 701)? I ask as if we must go after another wagon we need time to do so, and the more the better.

I hear ya.....i'm not into the game as much as I could be due to various things IRL.....I DO hope you'll stick around(if not lynched) till the game is over, though, even though you seem to be low on enthusiasm for the game atm.
Well, I'd like to hear more from Microfish and AFP, but I guess Microfish looks a bit worse to me at the moment - hence the vote.
I can't tell whether I'm blinded by OMGUS for ZFR so I'd rather get the opinions of others there.

Like I said on D1, softclaiming is one of the most blatantly anti-town and scummy things to do in this game. He needs to die.
In that case, may I ask what you would do in my situation dear arbiter of all things town and anti-town?

I agree that softclaiming unprompted is silly, but I'm on the verge of being asked to claim.

Plus it's only fair and proper to give a person a chance to claim if there is time...not say they "have to die"....to me that seems very odd.

Seriously, please trust me on this one. I've played mafia for years on different communities. 90% of the time softclaiming is a gambit done by cornered scum, and in the other 10% it's still incredibly disruptive. Regardless of his alignment or power, letting him live would be setting an awful precedent.

I see the SPF-zazak tensions have reached an all new high. Yet, there's nothing new to be observed today between them. In addition, I'd rather not have SPF claim. Only reason I'd vote him is to avoid a no-lynch on Tuesday.

However, I noticed something odd that went right under the SPf-zazak action.

In my experience, on this here forums, I've seen softclaiming done by Town more than scum. Off the top of my head:
- agentcarr16 softclaimed a role in the Supernatural game, and he was a Town bodyguard. He got nightkilled the next night.
- blotunga in the Pwen also softclaimed a role, he was a Town mason with GR. He got lynched because we doubted their subsequent claim.

I wouldn't say SPF is likely scum based on just a softclaim.

That IS a good catch. The only time I'm ever concerned about how I sound is when scum. Townies don't worry about looking town, they just react naturally.

So why are you concerned about portraying a particular response Cadaver?

Because I AM worried. SPF was my prime suspect as I've mentioned but accusations put on him are ultimately dehumanizing. I'm worried that SPF might not be a mafia or neutral killer (a bad guy), I'm worried that we, possibly, are making a mistake. I'm worried how fast Zazak and ZFR jump on a wagon and GameRager posts for the sake of posting with little to null, usually outdated, information (he even marked a quantity of posting as a good sign for Town tell), and how GameRager eagerly changing his votes. This is not right. And to be honest Zazak's and ZFR's posts are much much more anti-town than SPF.

I'm not worried about your vote though.

Is calling yourself a Town considered as "soft claim"?
I might be wrong but at least 3 persons claimed to be Town (Trent, Microfish, SPF). What is "soft claim"? Talking about Role? Was ZFR's post about PR a soft claim, even if in the form of joke?

And a question to you: could a scum act like a town with "I will hunt scum till the end" facade, showing constantly how experienced he is and what scum and town should and should not be doing all the time. Could that scum player have a scum partner who will read him as Town most of the time with occasional shade of a doubt, just for a show?
