I didn't say it should "elicit a negative response" from other players, only that I found it weird that ZFR had zero to say about it. In fact I've no idea where you got this "negative response" thing from since I couldn't care less whether people reacted negatively or positively - that's just the topping on the cake. I want the cake itself, the reactions.

And ZFR put in the effort to read zazak's posts and the only thing he reacted to has nothing to do with the game.

You should tell me where I try dictating others to react the way I want.

Please do note that I said "in general"...as in it wasn't about you, but just a good point overall(to keep in mind/watch out for in these kinds of games).

As for me:

Atm I have a ton on my plate(cat/covid/etc) & the game is young, so I haven't noticed much to put anyone on my suspect list yet. So for now I am just enjoying everyone's company till I notice something scummy sounding/looking in someone's post(usually it has to be super obvious or I don't notice easily if at all) that I can think about/comment on/ask about & use to gauge whether to put said person who said such in my suspect list or not(and at what position).

But you don't want to share? :c

What does it matter what he or anyone else reacted to in that post. Is it wrong for someone to bring the game out of RVS? You make it seem like a bad thing that ZFR didn’t comment on it. You’re casting shade on ZFR by giving a negative vibe to him not responding to a post and that is trying to dictate how others ahold respond. Putting someone on the defensive is how scum play. So as I said IMO it’s a scummy play what you said.

I didn't feel very strongly about Zazak's case against Micro, as you might have guessed by this point. I didn't find much there to agree with, but I also didn't think it particularly suspicious. Day 1 almost always consists of clutching at straws.

The dance you, Zazak and Trent are doing together is interesting.

I'm ok with doing so(in general, not this wagon specifically) most times.....though tbh I prefer to push those I suspect the most close to lynch(to get a claim and/or to lynch if they seem scummy even after their claim)......but if my list is barren or none of my suspects(in general) get close enough to claim/be lynched then I will go with whomever has the highest wagon to avoid a nolynch**.

(**The above stance has some exceptions....like I am not as into getting too many to claim on D1 to avoid possibly breaking/etc the game......btw any veteran players know if that is a thing to worry about or not in general in these games?)

As for THIS wagon: I'm not feeling much in either direction(town or scum) on Trent....dunno how best to proceed atm.

Now there is something to work with. Gauging people who were not on mafia #64.

Zazak claims to have read #64 and other games for Town cred, yet states that Micro’s first post is unusual. Reading page one of mafia #64 should have shown the contrary to him. Then he jumps votes and mentions every single one of those who have been writing creative posts or jokes or participating in jokes: ZFR, SPF, Micro(#2), Carradice(#1), Trent(#3). When called out for this, his answer is that lynching even random people is helpful. Yet he has NOTHING to say about people lurking (like for example Joe did). Also Zazak started himself by lurking. This is all he has to offer.

Conclusion: Zaza is a fraud. Pushing his chest out for town cred in ways that do not resist the slightest scrutiny. His playstyle is a bastard child of Yogsloth’s and Caesar’s. His game is not hunting scum, but sitting back while others write and trying to spin narratives out of nothing. Do not like this at all. This line of play is deeply anti-Town and anti-game. It fits both an enemy of Town or someone really fearful of being lynched. Scum or selfish town, it is the same. Do not like that and have enough of him already.


Cadaver: Trying to look Town by showing posts with “code”. Yet he fails. The quotes were wrong. SPF’s “code” post was missing and instead gets a post by Carradice. What is worse: even when the “code” was OBVIOUS he failed to break it. He even bolded the wrong letters in one of Carradice’s posts and omitted a crucial part of it. ;-)

Conclusion: This play line is a simplified, less spiteful, version of Zazak’s that instead of coming across as nasty manages to appear charming. Like a new player (is he?).


Genocide: Is he in the game at all? He barely posted two lines, yet he VOTES for SPF? Together with Cadaver?

Conclusion: S C U M M M M M ! ! ! ! Start writing convincingly this very week, lest you become a top priority. Dunno if he is new, but if he is, one word of advice: you cannot play like this (now come and vote for this one who warns you, ah the joys of mafia).


Gogtrial: Ladies and gentlemen, allow for some metaphorehere: Spasmic writing. Wagging of a very rigid yet twisted finger. Fast unfounded assumptions.

Conclusion: Easy peasy, you are going to twist an ankle, man.


About the usual suspects, everyone in his regular line. Cannot say anything about ZFR’s past games, but his jokes are completely understandable for anyone who read ALL the threads of mafia #64. Joe has been poking lurkers, which is a rather healthy practice for both Town and the game itself.

The bandwagon on SPF: See who is there. Together with Pooka, Genocide and Cadaver. Really. While Zazak makes himself look busy with Trent (for now, he has been jumping bandwagons faster than the eye can follow).

=> Also, to be repeated here once more: Rewarding lurkers and punishing jokes kill the game. Follow the pied pipers at your own peril.

Waiting for Genocide to write something, anything, lest the vote goes for him. Else it will be for the one with the most anti-Town play so far, Zazak.
