My apologies for this late replay, but I can't remember seeing this post before.
In the 4 DLC version all the DLC maps are broken. They have no cars and no citizens on them. The missions on those maps can be finished, but are boring due to this bug.
I can't tell if this is the same for the Gold version.
I can't confirm this as I don't have the Gold version:
- The Gold version doesn't have the game breaking bug with the ending credits after each mission that exists in the 4 DLC version
- The game breaking bug from 1.06 on the Georgia Avenue map is present in the Gold version too. As such the original campaign can't be finished
- The Japanese Incentive campaign in the Gold version should function normally. Therefore, despite the reviews, you can finish 1 of the 2 campaigns
