jcoa: Fist Puncher has Robot Unicorn as a DLC character in Steam only, and Hatoful Boyfriend also has some bonus items only in the Steam version.
As for Hatoful Boyfriend: does the regular Steam version come with those extras or is it just the (slightly more expensive) collector's edition?

If the latter is the case, then it probably won't go on the list. Sure, it sucks that we can't have the complete package, but in this case, I'd understand GOG's/Devolver's (or whoever else made that call) reasoning. After all, whenever a game was released which offers bonus content DLC, the community has always been quite vocal in its (IMHO misguided) outrage!

VanishedOne: She goes back to normal after you click on 'her'.

Actually, I recall another bug where she'd lose her animation and be standing like a scarecrow, but I can't remember when (even in which episode) that occurred.
Thanks for your responses.

Looks like the extra stuff on Steam is only in the version that costs $5 extra, and I don't think that version is on GOG.

A new patch has been released for Omerta that apparently fixes the game-breaking bug.

It seem the patch was made by GOG rather than Kalypso.

Ingsoc85: It seem the patch was made by GOG rather than Kalypso.
Which then raises the interesting question; whose fault was it really? GOG's or Kalypso's? The Steam version didn't have this problem, but GOG's did.
Impossible for me to vote on your GOGmix, since I highly believe -and know- that GOG doesn't treat customers as second class ones. You could surely say that to them in a different wat, I guess. Via support, emails, etc. That's what I think.

My only negative aspect with GOG is probably their teasing. Teasin' bastards!
Wave 1, wave 2, (wave 10? maybe) Galaxy... so many awesome deals and I'm here, being teased! :P

One of the game breaking bugs. This post summs it up.

EDIT: Judas said that all those bugs should be fixed now. Pending confirmation, but disregard my above comment just the same.

Kalypso fixed it on Steam almost a year ago, but not here. So GOG took matters into their own hands. Go GOG, booo Kalypso.

Judas has replied to you otherwise. :)
At any rate, we need confirmation.

Yes, I just saw that too. Anyone kept saved games? ;)
So I am in the middle of exchanging emails with Daedalic about the missing language pack for Memoria and Chains of Satinav...
And they wrote me that they do not have the rights to the German language pack, it belongs to Koch Media. And that this was the only way the game could be developed. And that if they offered it here they would need to give some of the money to Koch Media which would result in them not making money of it anymore (because we are all so mean people buying it on sales and nor for full price - this part is not written like that but that was clearly the meaning off all the stuff in their answer)....
While this might be true to some point it does still not explain why they are offering it on steam... so I'll try to get some more answers from them.

I suggest you pressure them on that Steam part, because it doesn't make much sense.

That's why the title says "GAMES that treat GOG customers badly"! Suggesting that GOG treats its customers badly would be rather absurd.

Thanks, duly noted! I kicked Omerta off the list for now, even though they apparently very much deserve to be on there (since they couldn't be arsed to fix Omerta here and are apparently the masterminds behind the Cinemaware fiasco).

You're probably right, my bad :)
It's just that the title is kinda harsh or something, like GOG offering games that treat us like crap.
Lifeless planet has a Steam version 1.3.
GOG is stuck at patch 1.1.
Premier Edition should release in Q1. Dev will check with GOG publisher.

Escape Goat 2 doesn't include a level editor on GOG although it does on Steam:
Very long link which is longer than this long text that describes how long it is.
