Encore, encore!

The Bard's Tale Trilogy remastered is now DRM-free on GOG.com.
Fine-tune your lutes, adventurers! 'Tis time to sing again the tales of Skara Brae. The place where evil took hold, nearly extinguishing all life, all hope. That very same place where the legend of the six heroes began, only this time with high-res graphics that maintain the originals' tone, audio for spells and attacks, plus certain quality of life improvements like an automap and tooltip popups, among others.
Looks great!
Now let's wait for the whole trilogy to be released, some reviews to be published and perhaps some discount to be applied.

For me it may be one of the most interesting releases of the year.

From the games description:
The Bard’s Tale Trilogy launches with the first volume in the series. In the fall, The Bard’s Tale II: The Destiny Knight will be added. Finally, late in the year, The Bard’s Tale III: Thief of Fate. Each volume will be added into the collection free of charge!

This is only the first game. The other two games are still being remastered. They'll be added Fall (BT2) and Winter (BT3). Apparently they're also remastering Wasteland, and that is coming out early next year.

Thank you all for your replies.
Of course, of course, it really needs i5 CPU and 64bit system... Just wait for Tetris Remastered Edition, exclusively for brand new i21 Intel and the World's leading and forever best OS - Windows 10!
I was supposed to get a code for this as a backer, but didn't get it yet. What's going on inXile? Also, since the engine was rewritten, are they going to make a Linux version?

The wonder that is CrowdOx? You'll note that the kickstarter update mentioned that the emails would be going out starting today.

According to the forums on inXile's BT4 site they started sending out codes several hours ago, and we should be receiving our codes soon. I don't understand why they didn't send the codes out much earlier. Seems to defeat the purpose of backing the game if everyone gets the rewards you paid for years ago before you do.
Well it's only been on GOG for a little over 20 minutes. My guess is that CrowdOx wouldn't start sending out keys until they at least had confirmation from GOG and Steam that the store pages were up and that the games were ready for download.
