I'm not touchy at all, and again if you are reading it that way it's on you. I would have said the same thing to anyone who tried to cast shade on someone so early in the game, you just happened to be the one to do it.

And as far as the "metaphorical" bong, I still have no desire to accept it. I don't do any drugs in play or real life, sorry.

This totally feels like town trent. If I didn't know better, I'd be calling him scummy for these interactions (again, I wasn't throwing shade, I was pre-empting a potential issue - and normally I'd harp on him for this twisting and for being cold when I'm just trying to work together, but, no, this is town trent as I love him, pretty sure.)

Scum only need to out one PR to know the setup (exception: tracker, and even then they know what sort of power they'll have to deal with) (excludes the extra role). So I suggest either claim or drop it. Preferably just drop it. The possibilities for the 10th role are too wide to start giving clues to scum.

It's probably a parity cop though, that greatest of all cops.

There is an interesting subtext here: Trial would understand the level of risk even though he's newbie scum.

Yep. That is how I read trent. Over and over and over and over in games I read this exact behavior as scummy and pushed push pushed him a lot and always read him scum and he would always be town. Couple times he wasn't town I got different feelings (figured him as the non-SK SKin bler's last game) than this and he was different. But this is through and through town trent.

OF COURSE WATCH ME BE FuCKING WRONG! (note to those not familiar with these forums, they don't let you use ALL CAPS on a majority of CURSE words, and so if a post of yours is not going through, copy/past it while it twirls, start a new post, amend the words, and re-submit.)

But, no...not going there.

Honestly even if I come to think trent is scum this game I probably won't go after him too hard, I'll just vote him and tell my reasons and leave it alone. He and I have some soreness (to put it mmmmildly?) and I don't want to make it sorer. I'm glad to have him playing and value him as a part of this community and I won't jeopardize that.
I know better because of my history with trent, that whenever I "feel" him like this, he's town. You've got to know that and are just poking me / doing the twisty word thing you do trying to get a reaction!

When I play video games and they have drug options I pretty much never take them. Not even buffs in the form of synthetics (like when I play Fallout 1+2, I play drug-free, or Skooma when I tried played Morrowind + Oblivion those couple times, never taken one.)

Personally, I don't take anything synthetic, ever. No tylenol, no cough medicine, no LSD, nothing. All natural (and organic!) for me, always, and I usually play that way in games because I like to usually "be my ethical self" in games.

You know, as I go around killing shit and looking through everyone's trash.

I have a pretty busy and stressful week ahead of me, but I should be around at least once a day for good enough chunks that I won't fall behind / lack participation as far as I see it.

Considering I'd seen this 4-5 times before I even questioned if I should accept it, I guess I'm accepting it as it meets my previously stated requirements: Bolded, and clear to whom it refers.

I don't know if the "no outside links" rule applies here, but assuming it does, do you still happen to have a game number or other way for me to track down this reference? Would be interested to know what you're inferring, too.

No. JMich, Darko and Hunter all have made only a single post I'd classify as "non chit-chat". Hoping they'll step it up. Others might infer things from their silence based on previous experience, but I don't have even that.
