It is simple enough to cut down quotes to the bare minimum, or to make a new post that generally touches on previous points made...you don't need to quote entire back-and-forth exchanges. If you're not interested in addressing the valid points I'm making in this topic, then please just say so and reconcile them in your own spare time.
I still agree with you in so far as that it is ideal to have a filter/advanced browsing options.
May I make a suggestion to improve your browsing experience, while we wait for GOG to hopefully give you that option? You could (like I do) go directly to "All Forums/General Discussion" here instead of the "GOG.com" homepage. From there, you would be able to see the news posts that reach the forum, which will tell of new games. From these forum threads, you will in most cases be able to discern whether or not the game interests you, without having to see any images/screenshots/videos. In other words, it should be apparent from the initial post (if not peoples' following comments) whether a new release is one that offends your sensibilities or not.
