While everyone is busy discussing how to proceed, ddickinson has wandered off alone. Deep in thoughts, she strayed too far to the edges of the swamp. Suddenly the air crackles and a lightning discharge out of nowhere hits ddickinson and she drops unconciously to the ground. Looks like she stombled into an electromagnetic Anomaly. Will she come to her senses again? Or did the Anomaly already kill her? Only time will tell, because it would be very dangerous to go near her to check, as long as the Anomaly persists.

I read both. So seem to not have read my entire post, though. Nice going, keeping the PM game up. I pretty much need just one more person for that RVS list now.

I get that. I was in two minds as to whether to post that at all and only did so because I felt it best illustrated the point I was trying to make. I have been against any mentions of roles from the start and was certainly not role fishing, but I would pretty much have expected to be called out on that. I made sure to phrase the post in such a way to give nothing away about my own views but if you didn't like it that's fair enough.

Not sure I have a list of three even barely suspicious suspects yet. There are a few things that have stood out (on my phone so if anyone wants I'll list them properly later) but nothing so major as to even make me think "I need to keep an eye on you".

But I will look at the game again and see what I can see.

Just to clarify, is ddickinson just temporarily absent with a view to returning once RL is no longer an issue (or replaced of she cannot) or is that her Modkilled?
Just so I know whether to rule her out of my enquiries completely or not.

So, seriously, "power lurking" during RVS is the best you've got and you didn't even notice ddickinson's absence?
And how many games before has this very same topic been broached? Whether lurking, (if lurking during RVS even counts) tends to be scum or town?

My list:
Dedoporno - nothing in my PM implies at all that roles might change. Since I have a town PM, I'll assume other town PM's are likely similar (or at least more similar than a scum PM). Given Dedo's confusion, I have him more likely leaning scum.

Flubbucket - I'm giving RVS votes and thoughts a pass. But to break RVS, and push names on such flimsy grounds makes me suspicious. And if you were really looking for lurkers, why are you missing some?

Interesting that Flubb calls me out on it even though its obvious its an rvs vote, and for lurking even though I had stated i was away for the weekend.

For the moment she is just unconscious - it's an ingame explanation for her not saying anything. If she returns, she can just stand up and return to the camp. If she cannot return, well, then her character will have been dead after all (and will be replaced).

Don't worry. If I have to modkill someone, I will write it in a way that leaves no doubt whatsoever about the deadness of the character! ;-)

The wording of that particular part of the OP sounds like not all that are anti-town have the same motives and/ or goals. It's one way to read it, that's why I said "it sounds like", and, at this point, isn't less likely than what you suggested it might mean.

Why is she PMing you about the game at all?

Why didn't she PM Lifthrasil directly, if it pertained to the game he is hosting?

Her PM was to let me know what was going on as we chat multiple times during the day. And I think she was in a rush so she asked if I could let him know.

I think it is a pretty weak reason. If she had enough time to drop you a PM, I think she would have enough time to drop Lifthrasil one as well.

Besides, Rule #10 in the OP states that this sort of discussion isn't quite in line within the rules, unless there was some mitigating circumstance that allows you to speak outside of the thread about the game? This is my concern.
