I wonder if someone will say #NotMyTier

Isn't this game an ideal example of microtransaction?

Don't know about microtransaction, but excessive DLC for sure. I consider microtransactions being more like Candy Crush where you play for more lives or games where you buy items in a market. Just relaying what I saw on another forum:
It's this sub: https://steamdb.info/sub/71681/apps/
Not this sub: https://steamdb.info/sub/54408/apps/

Edit: HB is now giving out the 2016 edition at the $6 tier according to reports...

A bit confused, doesn't the Payday 2 GOTY contain the base Payday 2, or are there differences?

It does. I guess they give two copies; the base game and the GOTY.

For any HOG collectors out there, DailyIndieGame has a new bundle up:

DIG Super Bundle 88 - Artifex Mundi

Pay $1.49 (or BTA of ~$1.53 for 2 sets) to get:
- Nightmares from the Deep: The Cursed Heart
- Nightmares from the Deep 2: The Siren's Call
- Nightmares from the Deep 3: Davy Jones
- Tibetan Quest: Beyond the World's End
- Crime Secrets: Crimson Lily
- Fairy Tale Mysteries: The Puppet Thief

The Nightmares from the Deep games have been reviewed much more favourably on Steam, but also have (I feel) been bundled to death. The latter three games haven't been as heavily bundled (I didn't have them, at least), but it seems they're a step down in quality too.

Is there a way to find out which games are in the bundle or is it a mystery bundle?

For preorder? That's always mystery. There are usually hints though (sometimes the content is even fully revealed by mistake), but if you don't want to take the risk, just wait till the bundle starts.

They have a few good bundles on there site and a market place with dirt cheap ex-bundled games by the looks of it. Can anyone vouch for them?

All the information that is currently available, taken from Groupees chat:

ChatBot - United States16:58
6 games (5 steam, one of which is unbundled), 1 album, 1 comic | background image: Onikira (http://store.steampowered.com/app/310850/) --Aligar @ Fri, 27 Jan 2017 21:21:18 GMT

More hints to come. But considering only one of the games hasn't been bundled before, best to just wait and see.

Well - I've bought a bunch of bundles from them, and they've always provided keys reliably to me (including when I get double bundles, either from BTA or paying with Bitcoin). Their site is pretty clunky and sometimes it takes a couple hours for them to email me that my keys have arrived, but that doesn't bother me terribly...
