Much better than Rome 2, in my opinion.
Very big map, new features and cool graphics.
Especially like the fact that you can make a revolution and a coup in the country)
What do you mean $17? It's 31 euros here.

Never played it but there are a ton of mods for it that (from what I hear) expand gameplay.

I was bummed when I couldn't find Star Wars Battlefront anywhere on Steam. I prefer it to the sequel because it runs nicer on my old hardware. There's some nice mod tools for it released by Pandemic as well. Then I found out they pulled the plug on multiplayer.

Am I right to assume the DOS games on Steam are DRM free, ie I can copy their installed folder and just use them without Steam?

Typical steam... considering that I already have Kotor 1&2 I can be picky... as steam doesn't provide giftable copies for games that you own anyway. That being said is Empire at war worth 7 euros?
