I think there's a bug with the Garshap: The Monster Slayer freebie, they are giving you $4.99 promotional credit to buy a $1.25 game which I think is bug allowing you to get this game multiple times for free. You could get any indie games right now to get this promotional credit like this game:
Raven Squad - $3.75 (Steam key - no way to buy this game on Steam anymore)
