When you order, you create a getgamesgo account. Log into your account Click "Your account" (upper right), then "Purchase Details". You'll have download links and activation keys.

I don't know. I am able to view them in my purchase history and download now even though I didn't get the email.

Maybe they want me to confirm my email in case someone else is viewing my account...

Played it on my Ps3 for a good while, absolutely loved it. Very Co-op oriented though, if i remember right.

Not sure. It didn't say that for mine, that I saw at least. I just went to "Your Account", logged in, then clicked "Purchase Details." I'm assuming you got an order confirmation number when you checked out.
