surfer1260: Alba: A Wildlife Adventure:
On Gog: 1.1.4.10
On Epic: 1.2.4
Maybe it's just a different build number for the epic store? Because on steam I searched and the game didn't receive a single patch. Because I've seen it with GOG games that have different build numbers but it's the exact same version as other stores.

They seem to have compiled the games with different Unity versions.

Even the Steamdb page mentions only one build of Alba: A Wildlife Adventure, that was released on the same day as of the last build on GOG. I'm refraining from adding it to the spreadsheet unless clearer information emerges
high rated
Added a third tab that shows a slightly more extensive ranking list rather than the three usually shown at the top of the first tab.
Can someone confirm that the Gog version of Flotsam is missing the following updates :

0.9.0f6
0.9.0f7
0.9.1e1

Confirmed, but 0.9.0f7 & 0.9.1e1 are experimental builds. These were never available on GOG.
I'm pretty sure that as soon as 0.9.1 leaves the experimental state it'll be released on GOG too. It has always been like this with Flotsam.
I just got confirmation by Omega64 that Close to the Sun on GOG includes the Hungarian language even if it's not indicated on the store page so it was removed off the spreadsheet.

Updated list of store pages that forget to mention languages that are actually present in the game:
- Baldur's Gate III (it doesn't list Japanese)
- Chef: A Restaurant Tycoon Game (it doesn't list Spanish)
- Close to the Sun (it doesn't list Hungarian)
- Subterrain (it doesn't list Traditional Chinese, only Simplified Chinese)
- Succubus (it doesn't list Hungarian)

I'll write right now an email to GOG to bring up the issue. I kindly ask everyone to go through the games that are listed on the spreadsheet for missing languages and check yourself if they actually miss them.

So far I got confirmation that Aarklash, The Dragoness: Command of the Flame, the whole Braveland series and The Next BIG Thing are actually missing languages.

Personal opinion which I'm guessing it's common here: it's fine to give leniency to developers if they skip some temporary patches or upload them later on GOG, as long as they show that they care about keeping up the GOG version and did not just forget about that. It's understandable that people may not have time or resources and that, from what I heard, on GOG it's much more difficult to handle a frequent line of updates than on Steam. It's different from big houses that have no excuses for completely skipping important features

Severed Steel is missing updates since 9 February 2024. It's 4 updates behind steam.
I think Medieval Dynasty is missing 3 DLCs, as far as i can see, but it is not on the list?

Missing:

-Cookbook
-Guide
-Mappack

I went through the store pages on GOG and Steam. The Digital Supporter Edition on GOG does mention a Digital World Map and a Digital Manual, which I assume are respectively the Guide and the Mappack. But I'm not 100% sure just by reading the store pages. It's the cookbook which I can't find anywhere. Personally I would wait for confirmation from someone who owns the game on GOG before adding this.

This is ONLY the MANUAL, not the GUIDE, those are separate things.

The cookbook is a separate PDF as well and the Mappack is another separate DLC, just look at Steam, explained pretty well.

Unfortunately i do not own it, else i could give you the details, even the filesizes.

Alright, I interpreted your earlier post "I think" as if you were looking for confirmation about potential missing DLCs, I didn't understand you were sure about this. I updated the spreadsheet.
[strike that, my bad]

Cavalary: Lords of the Fallen Game of the Year Edition, still 1.0 on GOG, nothing since launch, while elsewhere we're up to 2.0.55! And even v1 got up to 1.7.106
Not the same game. GOG has the 2014 version. The one you have linked is the 2023 reboot.

Oh, yeah, nvm, just noticed that. So the GOG version is at least up to date despite apparently being listed as 1.0 (according to GOGDB) when the 2014 version got some updates too way back?
