Since Steam updated its publisher rules to include a clause that prohibits content in violation of any standards set forth by Steam's payment processors, banks or network providers this game was removed from the store and is as of today not obtainable in a legal way anymore. Piracy shouldn't be needed for preservation. I hope there will be GOG release in the future.

When I think about it, the game really looks and sounds like a stage play about two worlds crossing into each other. The soundtrack is mostly calm, and a bit eerie, but it also has a few tracks that you wouldn't expect to find in a game like this. Visuals are really colorful and there's a lot of detail in places where there is no need for it, so looking out for small things - like the changes in appearance of your units' health bars - becomes a game in itself. The gameplay is fun - but in my opinion - too easy. Ironically, the NG+ felt even easier, except for the finale. I'd really like this game on GOG, because it's a great game and I'm always for DRM-free gaming.

I spent so much time on the first opus, i would love to have this 2nd on gog too. Playing Offline is the way game must be designed if no reason to have them online. Tired to always be online, with all servers issues, closing them if they want to switch them down ... no way. Gog for life

Like sekiro and bloodborne had a children, pretty good game, the main issue is the UE 5 and its high performance hit, at least it's drm free. There's features similar to stellar blade like many skimpy attires and some kinky stuff too. I would love to see it here on GOG.

While I enjoy the Director's Cut and it was my first experience with the game, in restropect some of the changes such as removing the gold filter and incorporating The Missing Link into the main story, are counterproductive to the experience. So it would be amazing if more players have the oportunity of playing the og version as it was intended.

I loved this game and bought it when it first game out but always used to freeze on me about halfway in to the game. A great Mafia game where you go up through the ranks to become the boss and run the town. Great game.

All the other Trails games are already here. This one should be, too. I already played the original version of this game, and it's one of the best games I have ever had the pleasure of playing. I'm waiting patiently and hopefully for the GOG release of this game before buying it. I'm slowly building my Trails collection on GOG, and I don't want this one to be the only one missing.

There's no reason why this game shouldn't be on this store front, it's actually ridiculous how this wasn't allowed on the storefront after "Gamers" asked it not to be. Bowing to the whims of a few against now 14,000+ people at the time of writing is ridiculous both from a finance and service position. If you want to play it now red candle allows direct buying.

Look, there is no chance that this happens. It simpy wont, but it must. Minecraft is the best selling game of all time, has over a decade of massive cultural influence and importance, and is now barely available without a Microsoft account. Some version of this game needs GOG preservation. I severely doubt it will happen and I don't blame GOG for that, but you have to try.

I have just watched a gameplay video of this game, it can be found on You Tube with a video called: "Sabotain: The weird Deus Ex clone". Yes, it is a bit janky and needs some fixes, but this certainly has a Deus Ex feel about it. I hope GOG will consider adding it, as we need more immersive sims like this.

grossly underappreciated gem of a game. its a crime its not more well known, and doubly so that its actual sequel got canned. :/ as for what else to say; manages to achieve emotional impact while being knee deep in the era where G4TV was the gold standard of gamer culture. yea.

Used to play this with my father and we were both thrilled with the story and the cinematics at the time. Up to this day its one of my favorite games of all time and the soundtrack is freaking amazing, if square doesnt (probably) have any plans for the game in the future, we deserve this to be brought to GOG ASAP.

I have played the demo for the game: - Cinematics: Great Graphics and Voiceover acting - Gameplay: reminds me of Plague Tale, puzzles, stealth, gameplay style, (potential basic combat/confrontation) - Story: Feels interesting and engaging - Theme: isometric environment, feels nice and cozy "Why do you want this game on GOG?" I was planning to buy the game in other platform, but I prefer GOG DRM-Free, it's the most safe secure purchase for gamers

Freelancer
FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Eye of the Beholder II: The Legend of Darkmoon
The Forgotten Realms world of Dungeons & Dragons has been home to many a hero and imagination since its publication, producing adventures and stories to be retold and enjoyed for years to come. The Forgotten Realms Archive - Collection One allows you to journey through one such set of adventures: the Eye of the Beholder trilogy, a set of first-person, real-time role-playing games. Eye of the BeholderA new evil is plaguing the city of Waterdeep, stalking the streets and preying on its citizens. Though initially thought to come from afar, this great evil, known only as Xanathar, instead resides within Waterdeep and, if not stopped, threatens to overwhelm the city. The Lords of Waterdeep believe that the evil lurks in the sewers below and have commissioned a party of adventurers to investigate and foil this nefarious plot. Granted full rights of marque and ownership of any treasure, artifacts or valuables you find on your quest, you must venture into the chasms, discover the nature of this evil and destroy it by any means necessary. Eye of the Beholder II: The Legend of DarkmoonFollowing your quest in the sewers beneath, you and your party are recovering with Waterdeep’s finest healers, when a letter arrives from Khelben Blackstaff, mystic advisor to the Lords of Waterdeep. Trouble is brewing in the Northern and Western regions, and he has tasked you with exploring the land and investigating these incidents. Although nothing has been confirmed, renowned but troublesome archaeologist, Wently Kelso believes the disturbances are related to an evil uprising and the presence of a powerful ancient artefact. These troubles could, of course, simply be the work of unruly bandits, but since Kelso’s previous findings in the sewers of Waterdeep proved true, one would be wise not to easily dismiss his opinion on the matter. Therefore, you should exercise greater care and vigilance as you begin your next adventure. Eye of the Beholder III: Assault on Myth DrannorHaving rid the sewers of Waterdeep and the dreaded Temple Darkmoon of the evil forces within, you and your companions are surely deserving of a strong drink, good food and a warm fire. And so, your first port of call is to the nearest tavern, where you slop ale all over yourself and engage in jovial antics as you regale your adventures to your captivated listeners and admirers. However, in the midst of your retelling, the tavern door is thrust open by a hooded figure, whose eyes scan the crowd before locking on you and your party. Approaching you, he quickly introduces himself and explains his reasons for disturbing the festivities; his master wishes you to free the ruined city of Myth Drannor from the clutches of a Lich and restore it to its former glory. Looks like your adventures aren’t over just yet…With an original story set in the Forgotten Realms universe, the Eye of the Beholder trilogy is based on the Advanced Dungeon & Dragons 2nd Edition’s game rules. NINJA GAIDEN: Ragebound
NINJA GAIDEN: Ragebound
A NEW TWIST TO THE SIDE-SCROLLING NINJA GAIDEN SERIES EXPERIENCE From the acclaimed team behind Blasphemous, NINJA GAIDEN: Ragebound successfully unites the classic lore and gameplay of the Tecmo-developed (now KOEI TECMO GAMES) NINJA GAIDEN series from the classic era with the depth and intensity of the modern 3D entries. The best of both eras come together to create an epic and thrilling adventure. DIVE INTO AN UNTOLD CHAPTER OF THE NINJA GAIDEN SAGA Our story begins when Ryu Hayabusa journeys to America to honor his father's will. While he is away, the barrier between the human and the demon worlds suddenly shatters, unleashing a terrifying army upon the Hayabusa Village, which now faces an unprecedented threat in Ryu's absence. To stand against this new threat, Kenji Mozu, a young ninja from the Hayabusa Village, rises to the challenge! Trained by Ryu, he fights fiercely but soon finds himself in desperate straits. Forced to tap into forbidden power, Kenji sets aside centuries of animosity and forms an alliance with the sinister Black Spider Clan, convinced that combining their souls and skills is the only way to protect the world out of the Demon Lord's grasp! OLD SCHOOL GAMEPLAY WITH A BRAND-NEW POLISH Combining old-school feeling with modern precision, NINJA GAIDEN: Ragebound retains the pick-up-and-play action of the classic titles, while introducing new layers of depth. Alongside the new protagonist, Kenji Mozu, is the skilled assassin Kumori. Take control of these two powerful ninjas simultaneously and unravel their interconnected stories. Use the Ninja Fusion to unleash devastating abilities and obliterate your enemies. NINJA GAIDEN: Ragebound features impeccable mechanics that are easy to learn but hard to truly master, challenging the skills of even the most seasoned fans of the NINJA GAIDEN series! A SPECTACULAR PIXEL ART SHOWDOWN Step into a reimagined version of the classic NINJA GAIDEN universe, brought to life through stunning, meticulously crafted visuals. Every enemy is recreated with a level of detail that was once impossible. The brutal, nostalgia-filled aesthetic of NINJA GAIDEN: Ragebound pays homage to the past while pushing the boundaries of modern pixel art, making every battle a feast for the eyes.  Do you have what it takes to become a true ninja master?Votes: 616

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the PatriotsMetal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots is the final canonical Metal Gear game to feature Solid Snake as the main character. The gameplay of the previous games have been kept along with some new features, such as the ability to roll on your back and also to hide in bins scattered around the environment. Most of the story and the relationship between the characters are explained through cut-scenes with a considerable length, so knowledge of the prior games is recommended to fully understand the story. The game also features a complex multiplayer mode entitled Metal Gear Online with some original missions based on the stealth aspects of the single-player games.

Resident Evil
Resident EvilThe hugely popular Resident Evil series, having sold over 61 million units to date, returns to its roots with a remastered version of the critically acclaimed masterpiece, Resident Evil. Originally released in 1996, Resident Evil was then “remade” in 2002 from the ground up with new visuals, gameplay elements, environments and story details while retaining the survival horror atmosphere the series had become synonymous for. Both fans of the franchise who want a trip down memory lane and those who have yet to experience the game that coined the term survival horror for the gaming world will appreciate this definitive re-visit of that iconic 2002 Resident Evil title. The intense horror fans first experienced with the release of the original Resident Evil is back. Taking place in the now notorious Raccoon City, players will choose to take on the role of either S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics and Rescue Service) team member Chris Redfield or Jill Valentine, who have been sent into the city to find the missing Bravo team. When the team is suddenly attacked by a ferocious group of mutated dogs, desperate for an escape they take shelter in the Mansion, but will they ever get out alive again? Players will need to be brave as they adventure through the dark, enclosed spaces searching out the horrors that await them. With limited ammo and survival items available gamers will need to keep their wits about them to survive the various traps and puzzles that greet them at every stage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Learn more about GOG Dream list with our FAQ
What is GOG Dreamlist?
GOG Dreamlist is a community-based tool anyone can use to vote for the games they want to see revived or added to our platform. These votes help GOG demonstrate community interest to IP owners and bring these games to life on our platform.
How does voting work?
Find a game on the list and click the arrow button to cast your vote. You can do so directly from the main page or a game's card. Every vote helps shape our platform and supports game preservation, so make it count!
How do I add a game to the Dreamlist?
If you cannot find a game already on the list please use this form to add it to the list for everyone to vote.
Can I vote for more than one game?
Yes, you can vote for multiple games, but only once per game.
Why should I vote?
Each vote shows community interest and signals to IP owners that releasing their game on GOG is a valuable opportunity.
How can I learn about the status of the game on the Dreamlist?
Currently, we can’t disclose the business status of a game before its release due to the complexity of the process and the potential negative impact this could have on our efforts. However, we’re working on a feature that will let you track the games you’ve voted for once they’re released.
Does high number of votes for a game mean that it will be released sooner?
A high number of votes shows strong interest, which influences both GOG and IP owners. However, we can’t guarantee that every highly-voted game will be released.
How does my vote help to preserve games?
All games on GOG are DRM-free, so you can download and back them up for future use. Additionally, we aim to include as many games as possible in the GOG Preservation Program, ensuring classic titles remain playable on modern systems.
What happens with Stories once the game is released on GOG?
We’re working on a solution to migrate Stories to GOG.COM game cards once the game is released: we won’t let them get lost.
