Used to play this with my father and we were both thrilled with the story and the cinematics at the time. Up to this day its one of my favorite games of all time and the soundtrack is freaking amazing, if square doesnt (probably) have any plans for the game in the future, we deserve this to be brought to GOG ASAP.
Mafia: The Old Country
Mafia: The Old Country
user avatar@RedRabbitRun
Mafia: The Old Country is the fifth title in the series (or fourth, if not counting Mafia Classic and its remake Mafia: Definitive Edition as separate entries), and is due for release on 8th of August 2025. At the time of writing, Mafia: The Old Country is set to launch with Denuvo with an "Internet connection required to redeem bonus content". It's worth noting that Mafia: Definitive Edition also launched with Denuvo, which was later removed. All previous entries in the Mafia series have come to GOG DRM-free, so there's hope that the same will be true of this one, as well.

I haven't played this myself but it is highly recommended by Click4Games in his latest video. He compares it to Dungeon Siege in terms of having a bunch of heroes that you control with an RTS-like interface. It allegedly already runs well on modern systems, so it might not even need extra work.

When release do the uncensored Version. Way better to realism! The game is great as CQB. Realistic banger and weapon and armory unlocked. Heard there's PvP soon.

This is one of few games that I remember from my early yought. It brought me so much joy as a young boy who like everybody at this age is just in love in dinosours. I'd like to dive into these memories and enjoy this game once again. I love Jurrassic Park games but there is something in these low poly graphics and cross-genetic dinosaurs which often look say the least silly :')

It's honestly super disappointing that, despite having basically every other modern Falcom PC release on GOG, this one might actually miss the platform. Thanks, Gungho. The lack of a DRM-free release is a dealbreaker for me. I will not buy the game on Steam, and there's no reason why I shouldn't have the option of buying it here. I'm one of those people who actually shells out $130+ for the deluxe editions of previous Trails games that NIS has released, so if even I'm sitting this one out, that can't be a good sign.

I first played Kameo: Elements of Power back in 2007 when I got my Xbox 360, and I remember being completely hooked—I just couldn’t put it down. The beautiful fantasy world, the epic battles, and the ability to transform into all these awesome elemental creatures totally swept me away. It had this magical atmosphere that stuck with me for years, and the music still gives me chills. It’s such an underrated gem that deserves to be rediscovered, and I’d love to see it on GOG so more people can experience that same magic.

Seeing attractive characters paired with nice combat in an offline accessible form that isnt filled with forced online play and microtransactions is a breath of fresh air in general. Especially when the west is plagued with ugly character design and preachy gameplay/story direction that is overly sanitized. The eastern game studios are the future of games from recent trends focusing on what gamers want rather than what journalists want. I really would love this to come to GOG but this is but a hope and I don't know how many developers seem comfortable even allowing their games on GOG now.

That game carried my childhood. And it just felt magical, you never knew what you got and it was always an surprise. The build up of the city gave you an consistent feeling of progress, so it was never the same. You always find something new, but I never was able to see everything, since the German version had an bug that blocked an area.

I loved this game and bought it when it first game out but always used to freeze on me about halfway in to the game. A great Mafia game where you go up through the ranks to become the boss and run the town. Great game.

This game (and then The Fall from the same studio) were my favorite tactics in childhood. It has some special styling and music, very atmospheric. Fallout-like, but realistic one. Gameplay, that combines exploring and fighting, also trading and unit management between missions. Every soldier and vehicle are valuable, so you FEEL the power, when obtain a new type of vehicle (tank/heli etc) The plot has some choices to be made, so you'll have the whole different missions in various routes.

I may not support the future it's currently going in. I always support it's past since I been around this franchise for a very notable portion of my life. Currently we don't know the full lineup of Mortal Kombat games. What we do know is majority of them you just can not stop playing!!! Considering this will have Atari 50 style behind the scenes stuff. This is going to be the stuff of the Elder Gods!!! You are getting so much fan service you possibly couldn't ask for anything else. This is a must for huge MK fans around the world.
Immercenary
Immercenary
user avatar@Humblemudgames
When I approach the end of 2025, I am confident that Immercenary will remain as one of my favorite gaming experiences of the year. According to my notes, I beat the game for the first time on March 15, 2025, coincidentally just as it turned 30 years old. Truthfully, this might be one of my favorite games of all-time, and easily my favorite game on the 3DO. The platform I just mentioned is precisely why I think Immercenary deserves a second chance -- It's stuck on a console with a reputation for having shovelware FMV games. While any 3DO enthusiast knows this isn't entirely true, the fact still stands that the few bright gems it has will forever be stuck on that platform unless someone does something about it. I hope that GoG is the entity that brings back Immercenary. Certainly unlike any console game released in 1995, and quite unique even when stacked up against the full history of video games as a medium, Immercenary was an ambitious open world sci-fi shooter RPG that should have been a classic. More people need to play this game and recognize the genius that came from a team of five out in Little Rock, Arkansas. It's their only game, but man, is it a good one.
Dead or Alive 4
Dead or Alive 4
user avatar@MITSUO_1988
Dead or Alive 4 is pound for pound the uncontested peak of the series. It's Itagaki-Sensei at the height of his powers and back when it was released, it was almost like looking into the future! From its memorable and wild stages (the Mugen Tenshin bridge and the Crash Club being clear standouts), solid music, finely tuned mechanics, impressive visuals, a legit challenging story-mode that's both compelling and frustrating in equal measure (thanks Alpha-152... -_-') and an online mode that many fighting games are still trying to catch up to a whole two decades after its release, DOA4 feels like Team Ninja's creative peak following Ninja Gaiden Black. And that's not counting Aerosmith's 'Amazing' playing at the end credits, an ending that got out emotions I never knew I had. This game was on top of the world back in the day and I feel it deserves to be preserved. It has hardly dated and an updated PC port with improved online play would be perfect. This game deserves it's long overdue comeback.
Dragon Quest
Dragon Quest
user avatar@Fenyx1313
This game is one of the OGs when it comes to JRPGs. In fact, it can be considered one of the foundational titles of the genre that shaped and influenced nearly every title that came after it. I remember first playing this game on a GBC cartridge that came with both I and II together, and it was so much fun, though as a child of the 90's, it was strange going back to a game where I had to deliberately choose to go down a set of stairs and not have it be automatic. We've been spoiled in our generation. Since then, I've played most of the main games and its many spinoffs, with Dragon Quest V still being a personal favorite, with Dragon Warrior Monsters being a close second. I definitely believe that the entire franchise should be made available for everyone to play.

Freelancer
FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Resident Evil: HD Remaster
Resident Evil: HD RemasterThe hugely popular Resident Evil series, having sold over 61 million units to date, returns to its roots with a remastered version of the critically acclaimed masterpiece, Resident Evil. Originally released in 1996, Resident Evil was then “remade” in 2002 from the ground up with new visuals, gameplay elements, environments and story details while retaining the survival horror atmosphere the series had become synonymous for. Both fans of the franchise who want a trip down memory lane and those who have yet to experience the game that coined the term survival horror for the gaming world will appreciate this definitive re-visit of that iconic 2002 Resident Evil title. The intense horror fans first experienced with the release of the original Resident Evil is back. Taking place in the now notorious Raccoon City, players will choose to take on the role of either S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics and Rescue Service) team member Chris Redfield or Jill Valentine, who have been sent into the city to find the missing Bravo team. When the team is suddenly attacked by a ferocious group of mutated dogs, desperate for an escape they take shelter in the Mansion, but will they ever get out alive again? Players will need to be brave as they adventure through the dark, enclosed spaces searching out the horrors that await them. With limited ammo and survival items available gamers will need to keep their wits about them to survive the various traps and puzzles that greet them at every stage.

Total Annihilation: Commander Pack
Total Annihilation: Commander Pack
What began as a conflict over the transfer of consciousness from flesh to machines escalated into a war which has decimated a million worlds. The Core and the Arm have all but exhausted the resources of a galaxy in their struggle for domination. Both sides now crippled beyond repair, the remnants of their armies continue to battle on ravaged planets, their hatred fuelled by over four thousand years of total war. This is a fight to the death. For each side, the only acceptable outcome is the complete elimination of the other. Total Annihilation (TA) is a real-time strategy (RTS) video game created by Cavedog Entertainment under the guidance of lead designer Chris Taylor. It was released on September 30, 1997, and was the first RTS game to feature 3D units and terrain. Two expansion packs were released: The Core Contingency on April 30, 1998, and Battle Tactics exactly 2 months later on June 30, 1998. When TA was released, the minimum computer requirements were a Pentium 100 MHz processor and 16 MB of RAM. Of course, these requirements were for computers in 1997; modern day machines easily exceed those recommended specifications, but it is still recommended to have a 1 GHz processor and 512 MB of RAM for the updated game engine. In the distant future, the galaxy is ruled by a central body of humans and artificial intelligences called the Core (a contraction of "Consciousness Repository"). The Core's technological and economic triumphs have allowed humanity to colonize most of the Milky Way and enjoy peace and prosperity. However, the balance is broken by a technological breakthrough that allows the consciousness of a human being to be reliably transferred into a machine, thereby theoretically granting infinite life, in a process called "patterning." Following a mandate imposed on humanity by the Core requiring everyone to undergo patterning as a public health measure, a rebel band is formed out of colonies from the edges of the galaxy (hence their name, the Arm), whose members refused to leave their natural bodies to join the Core's machines. A war lasting 4,000 years followed, with the Arm mass-producing clones as pilots for its vehicles and the Core duplicating consciousness-embedded microchips to pilot its own machines.  Includes Total Annihilation and both its expansion packs — The Core Contingency and Battle Tactics. A timeless classic that has won over 57 awards! Epic battles with hundreds of units accompanied by frantic music composed by Jeremy Soule and hundreds of available mods. Fully-articulated 3D units and buildings, with a diverse complement of unit types — for example, aircraft, amphibious tanks, infantry bots (kbots), vehicles, hovercraft, ships, submarines, unit production factories, powerful stationary defenses, and long-range weapons. A unique tracking feature allows players to follow single units, entire armies, or even projectiles across the landscape. True 3D terrain that units can climb over, into, and around, on extra-large 3D-generated maps. TA runs comfortably in high resolutions and even on modern dual monitor setups, so players can see more of the battlefield. Numerous world types to do battle on, such as grasslands, forests, deserts, archipelagos, open water, lava, metal, ice, crystal, acid, and even moons. More than 150 official units and 25 official missions per side in a single player campaign. The Core Contingency expansion pack added 75 new units (including the infamous Krogoth), 50 new maps, 25 new missions, and 6 new world types. Battle Tactics added 4 new units, 6 new maps, and 100 new missions. A final patch (version 3.1c, and included here) added 6 new units, including a resurrection kbot! Detailed and exciting campaigns that focus on their respective side's leaders, the Commanders. The stories of either the Core or the Arm start with an effort to defend the protagonist's home world and initiate a turning point in the war, followed by a series of battles on numerous planets and moons (using Galactic Gates as a form of faster-than-light transportation), before a final strike on the enemy's home world: either on the Arm's bucolic Empyrean or the Core's artificial Jupiter Brain world of Core Prime. Mission objectives include protecting a vital structure or area, capturing a pivotal enemy unit, or simply eliminating all enemy units. More powerful units and weapons are gradually unlocked throughout the campaigns after specific missions or events. Single-player skirmish battles and full multiplayer support, allowing players to watch and join battles, and form allied teams to share resources, information, and units. Highly advanced weaponry, including lasers, energy machine guns (EMGs), starburst missiles, plasma shells, lightning pulses, paralyzers, and nuclear warheads. Variables such as gravity, tides, and wind to disrupt the effectiveness of certain weapon types or to enhance resource production. Intelligence measures to detect or jam enemy units using radar and sonar, the ability to cloak or provide stealth shielding for units, and the means to revive destroyed units from their wreckages.Votes: 935

Frequently Asked Questions
Learn more about GOG Dream list with our FAQ
What is GOG Dreamlist?
GOG Dreamlist is a community-based tool anyone can use to vote for the games they want to see revived or added to our platform. These votes help GOG demonstrate community interest to IP owners and bring these games to life on our platform.
How does voting work?
Find a game on the list and click the arrow button to cast your vote. You can do so directly from the main page or a game's card. Every vote helps shape our platform and supports game preservation, so make it count!
How do I add a game to the Dreamlist?
If you cannot find a game already on the list please use this form to add it to the list for everyone to vote.
Can I vote for more than one game?
Yes, you can vote for multiple games, but only once per game.
Why should I vote?
Each vote shows community interest and signals to IP owners that releasing their game on GOG is a valuable opportunity.
How can I learn about the status of the game on the Dreamlist?
Currently, we can’t disclose the business status of a game before its release due to the complexity of the process and the potential negative impact this could have on our efforts. However, we’re working on a feature that will let you track the games you’ve voted for once they’re released.
Does high number of votes for a game mean that it will be released sooner?
A high number of votes shows strong interest, which influences both GOG and IP owners. However, we can’t guarantee that every highly-voted game will be released.
How does my vote help to preserve games?
All games on GOG are DRM-free, so you can download and back them up for future use. Additionally, we aim to include as many games as possible in the GOG Preservation Program, ensuring classic titles remain playable on modern systems.
What happens with Stories once the game is released on GOG?
We’re working on a solution to migrate Stories to GOG.COM game cards once the game is released: we won’t let them get lost.
