F1ach: Cool thanks Crosmando, should be done with D:OS by then, cheers :)
And Wasteland 2 I'd guess too
Fantastic screens as always, always hitting the Baldur's Gate 2 vibes. Still waiting for the gameplay walkthrough if they ever make one, seeing how they're in Alpha already.

Wasteland 2 will probably go in Q3 2014. I doubt it will release at the same time with D:OS.

Not the biggest Inxile fan, only "good" game (for want of a better word) I have played by them was Hunted : The Demons Forge, an enjoyable enough romp, but it doesn't bode well for the really important games like W2 and Torment, so they are wait and see for me, which is annoying cos I would have loved to fund Torment if it was a different developer.

Niggles: Looks pretty nice but i wonder what sort of a performance hit (if any) if they are using unity (for low enders?) ?
You know that all of this is "just" Ultra-awesome 2D-Stuff done with incredible tricks?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AUleDEFkUtE
The magazine Gamestar said in an article that it will run on standard tablet hardware...

Those screens are ulra-nice, but I would ave wished that they´d done the whole game in a bit more "zoomed in"-Style.
I´ve played through Planescape Torment (awesome, awesome!) with the 1080P-Mod on a 15 Inch-Display and even with that experience in mind it looks VERY tiny in that screens.
What will it look like in ten years if Notebooks will have at least 2160P-Displays?!

It's essentially a 2D game, pre-rendered backgrounds and assets with 3D animated characters and monsters, kinda like what BG, Grim Fandango and the games of the late 90s and early 2000s are like. The computer you use to run Infinity Engine games could probably run PE.

I don´t think so, as Obsidian is using many different graphics buffers that are combind to creat the final image you´ll need way more power than for the Infinity Engine games, but it won´t be much if you compare it to a 3D-game.
I´d think a System with somewhat Pentium IV 3 Gig and Geforce 6800 (the maschine that was recommended for Oblivion@release) should be enough to run it in 1080P, but maybe it will even take a little more Performance.
But, again, nothing in comparision to the hunger for performance of 3D Graphics!

I have to agree on that.
For me, Wasteland II will be the game that will made me decide whether to order that Collectors Edition of Tides Of Numenera---or won´t bake it at all.
If the feeling seems to be just right, I´m totally sure they´ll be suitable for developing Torment: Tides---otherwise... I´m not so sure!

Feels like Icewind Dale already. Can't wait!
Reminds me of a coment that was delivered at this #49-Vid:
Humanity should have never stoped doing high-end-2D-graphics!

I agree with that statement completely and I can't wait for the Beta of PoE.

I can't wait for that either, but I won't ask for much so soon, just a freaking gameplay demo walkthrough will do for now.
Is there some sort of schedule for rough release dates for this?

You mean Kickstarter updates or the release of the game? They do Kickstarter updates every two weeks (but sometimes it's 3 weeks), the game is scheduled to come out in Q4 2014.
I was talking about release date yeah....thanks
New Update, detailing the Chanter and Priest classes:

I guess the closet analogues are Bards and Clerics, the lore behind Chanters is pretty cool.

Also some short videos showing spells:

Nice, spell chanting to cast the spell, totally Baldur's Gate. The spell effects look great so far. Still waiting for that gameplay video.
