It was unnecessary of Lift explaining what had happened, we could have just moved on. Lift wanting to point out that he has botched the game because he didn't know he WAS scum seems to want to hint that he must not be anymore as roles have changed. But I am not sure of what is going on and it could be a confusionary tactict. So for now the only person I have a reason to have a suspect on is Lift.

While I do feel like voting for Lift for RVS, a third vote feels like too much. Especially when anything done or said before the big reset is now NAI.

Vote microfish_1 for being suspiciously absent just before the big reset...

Tbh, I don't think town would be lucky enough for Lift to land scum again....though of course, I might be wrong.

That said, i'd like to remind everyone that town can't be making too many mistakes, due to the small number of players...lest we want this to be an even shorter game.

Did you not get what happened? The game could not have just "moved on" because GR read Lift's post already. And Lift pointed out he was scum before new roles were sent so it's not at all alignement indicative of new roles.

I assume Joe rolled for scum again. And in case an ex-PR got scum, that PR was changed so that scum don't have knowledge of its exsistance. But as I said, I don't want to outguess the mod so I'll just work off the assumption this is a new game with freshly rolled scum. Maybe even Pooka and Lift again if random.org has a sense of humour.

He revealed how he botched the game way before the restart. Look, I'm all for scum doing outright insane, high risk high reward maneuvers, but this ain't it. He got to have known he will still be scum before Joe even told us what his plan is. It's more prudent to just treat everything going on now as a new game and like ZFR said, not to outguess the mod.

But I'm not posting now because of this. I'm just gonna point something about Lift getting N0 gold:
I don't think anybody would love having part of the scumteam revealed right at the very beginning by a passive action? It would be a terrible game. Imagine if dedoporno and Joppo are the scumteam, and cristigale gets in her DMs that Joppo is scum on N0. She reveals this. Joppo is already prime lynch candidate before he could even open his mouth. Not fun for observers, not fun for Town, not fun for dedoporno and Joppo.

So yeah, there's that.

PS: such votes are valid if it's clear who's meant. People vote "Lift" instead of "Lifthrasil" for example.


As for the latter, how do you know I "intentionally" misrepresented your words, even if I did? Maybe it's you who werent clear? Why assume bad faith?

You did write that Lift pointing out he's botched the game could be hinting that his new role is no longer scum. And I answered that that's not possible because when he outed himself about the botched game, new roles weren't even assigned yet.
