I'm sorry, but vanilla town is the vanilla term for it, easily found in almost all guides. If instead of vanilla town the term for this game was CSI Private and he had used that, then yes, I would accept it as a claim/tell. Vanilla townie though is a weak one.

Unless you mean the usage of townie instead of town, which is also weak. Especially since non-vanilla have the word town, not townie in their PM.

But let me assure you. Vanilla townie IS the wording in those PMs, not town.

I see what you're saying, but HypersomniacLive's reveal does not say "vanilla townie" says "townie without any powers" Means the same thing, but if basing your idea off of specific wording it's not the same.

Yes. Townie is mentioned in vanilla PMs, town is mentioned in non-vanilla.

JMich: When checking the trains, I think you'll find I was the first (or at least one of the very first) to throw a serious vote on Hijack. He'd been continuously misrepresenting my posts and throwing accusations at me; I believe he labeled it an OMGUS vote. I wasn't willing to add to Dedo's train, but I found Ix to be an acceptable candidate when his (Ix's) started building. When Ix's train fell apart and Hijack's started building, I was happy to revert.

It was a tough call, but I'd rather not see a townie as the next lynch. As both Ixam and myself seem like the points of contention and I now believe Ixam is town and I know I'm town, I figured the earlier the better so we can have some time to figure out who really is scum.

Well, looks like I killed the thread. To clarify: I did not mean that a bloodsucker already HAS eaten all of you. Surely there are other methods of deduction and analysis apart from comparing your actual PM wording.
