Come on guys... this is clearly a set up. Dedo was on me yesterday so the scum have killed him to try and set me up.

I didn't use my power last night, there was no target I thought worth the risk, so dedo's death is not my doing.

I'm suspicious of the whole set up, we've got so many 'confirmed' town, but other than the dead no one is really confirmed. We don't know that Twilight or trent were really cops, Twilight/Quadr's read was easily believable after the loyalist slip so it was a safe bet and flub was in danger of a lynch anyway so the scum may have decided to hand him up on a platter to give trent, and possibly others, town points. Sage has straight up claimed neutral so by definition can't really be trusted...

All in all I think trent bussed flub and so:

Sorry Adalia I was all about the trenton / Sage coverup.

But Sage came clean about her "untownieness" and trenton is now firmly town in my eyes. Even to "sneak" a scum into town by offering up one of their own made no sense - especially Flub who was flying pretty low on people's radars - at that time.

My ONLY (mild) reservations. I think we need Sage's vote to get this done but I am a bit worried about keeping her alive, especially because I know RWarehall had some nasty powers that kicked in as the game went on, including bulletproof (I'm talking about the last game where he was a similar "wildcard" kind of role). Can someone with more knowledge than me let me know if bulletproof includes lynch?

I don't want her to become very hard to get rid of.

Also I really don't see any reason to drag this out too much, but I wouldn't mind trying some scum hunting today (by today I mean game day).

Bulletproof is for night kills (Vigilante, PGO, scum, etc.) and lynchproof is for what it says, unable to be lynched.

Let me try to figure something out then.

...I'm actually somewhat annoyed. After trying my hardest to hide that I know perfectly well at which point power roles are granted, the scum kill the other one instead. I was given the Tracker role, you see. I decided against going for Adalia and instead tracked Ixam - no movement. (I admit, I may have been fed up of the mechanics questions yesterday.)

In any case, Vote Adaliabooks. CPR or any risky ways of reviving someone as far as I know do not involve the jugular being sliced open. :P

Oh, and all things considered, Adalia, given you seem to be on the short end of the PM stick - if the situation comes up again, try PMing the mod for the vanilla role description. If they don't give it to you, they've decided you already have everything you need to get out of that one. Believe me - it's far more fun that way. :D

You are mistaken if you think any of my powers are lynch proof. Yes I have a option for bulletproof which I choose to use last night.

What confuses me about you is your total easiness to get rid of me because of my untownieness - why did you quote it - it comes off like I have used that word for myself and I do not remember using it. I could have easily just kept my mouth shut and left everyone go with trent on his read of Flub. But I was helping by pointing to scum and at the same time confirming trents read. Basically confirming one scum and giving you another. If my actions had be anything but honest I could see killing me off right away. Why not keep me around a little longer to help. I would think a town person would be all for help in finding scum as finding scum is what the game is about.

Or is there something else going on with you and you have this need to kill me for some other purpose.

Nothing from me to report, will happily vote for Adaliabooks though, as soon as everyone posts. Adalia seems to be at L-1 already, and I'm not sure if everyone has posted.

I've not been paying attention to the thread as I should be, mainly because I've been distracted by the Cricket World Cup. I'm catching up at the moment, so hopefully I'll have something to contribute by tomorrow.

Out of curiosity: If we did manage the lynch today, would that be some kind of record with this group? GOG says it has been 3 hours since Lift posted that the day started.

Well, dedoporno getting NKed is a bother; I was totally intending to vote for him Today! The way he jumped off the flubbucket wagon as it was gaining steam to start a wagon on adaliabooks was interesting. It was compounded when he decided to jump back on the flubbucket wagon when the adaliabooks wagon gained no traction. It really seemed like scum wagon hopping and then just giving up and deciding to bus a scumbuddy. But, apparently not...

As for voting for adaliabooks, I question the wisdom of voting for a Doctor (even a gimpy one) without any sort of counter-claim. As the game progresses, some type of protection role will become more and more useful for town.
