I think I have seen gifting option there. Dont know how it works but maybe thre is a way to help people from regions where the deal is unavaible.

Just purchased for $8.22AUD. Kinda surprised since Gamestop (Impulse) does the regional business for a lot of the new games to aussie buyers....
