Yup, that's it. The IP address had changed, so the hosts file ended up blocking the site.

Made the Desura-related IPs into comments, now Desura works once again.

Wayback machine shows it was last 2015 on Dec 2015 and then changed on Jan 2016 so it may be an automatic switch.
Still, Needless to say the site works perfectly fine for me, heck, they even show my cart correctly as I left it with that one title I wanted to check almost a year ago, not that I wish to experiment in an actual purchase... but who knows it may even process!
