Yeah, I suggest keep trying. Sometimes when it's been down, I've tried 5 minutes later and it's back up.

Surprisingly there's an official statement about the current status of Desura on their forum:

"Hi Everyone,

After a lot of work have we finally gotten the website to run stable.

All game collections should be available now.
The client is not working but all game builds can be downloaded through the browser.

New announcements will come in early 2018.

Site is slow and download speed seems to be capped at 1MB/s but otherwise downloads seem to work when I tested.

Have they changed "Q4 2017" to "Q1 2018" yet in the FAQ? /jk

And Desura's suddenly not working, got an error 503.

I get blank pages on their website.

I'm at the point of "they should just make up their mind, and stick with it already".

Wait! Do you mean Desura actually worked? Because I tried to download a client (to install games) and it refused to do so (page not foud or something like that, it was about a month ago).
